The motel is located on one of the main streets of Long Island; it may seem a bit far from the city center but you can take a train or a bus to get there in 40 minutes to one hour. The staff was nice; we smiled at each other and said hello every morning. The bed was extremely wide and comfortable; I slept like a log in spite of the jet lag. The room was air-conditioned. Not that there's a lot of noise coming in from the street, but it's always nice to be able to adjust the temperature and humidity in the room. There's a large desk, a fridge, a wardrobe, a small table and a couple of armchairs in the room. I had a bathtub in my room. Maybe it was not the largest or deepest one but definitely something I enjoyed. If your luggage is heavy, a large elevator will be of great help.

The furniture is a bit old but come on you cannot change the furniture every five or ten years. At one time, they used to serve breakfasts but when I was there it was no longer the case; when I first came to the place late at night after a long day travelling I would appreciate a breakfast next morning. There were some stains on the desk which I had to wipe away.

15 mins from JFK. Suits the purpose for which we booked hotel. Not suitable if you want to visit NYC main tourist attractions. You can fine some options nearby those areas. Staff is helpful and cleanliness is good. Close to eateries. Free parking is a bonus.

Nothing to complain. It suited our purpose of stay.

The property was in a good location an I from this state some I’m aware of areas more then visitors from other places. What really stood out to me was a gentleman that was working the morning I arrived 10/20/23 he was very helpful an even gave me a larger room then I was paying for, I really appreciated that courtesy an it made my safe more pleasant. Thx you bruh for that cause I didn’t get his name room 248 was my room. For that alone I would stay here again

They don’t have a microwave in the rooms but have a frig.

Bed was massive and exceptionally comfy! Room was so spacious.

I regret wasting money on a crappy hotel in Brooklyn when I could’ve spent less and stayed longer at this far better lodge. Definitely putting it on the list if I’m back in New York! Bit of a drive from JFK, however was worth it!

Affordable stay near JFK, Modern and clean rooms with all the basics you will need for a night. Very friendly staff as well.

Not the hotels fault but good to know: when departing or arriving from JFK ad about 60 USD for uber/taxi fares. No breakfast offered but plenty of options in the area.

great diner right up the road & 7-11 (24 hours) right down the block is always convenient. close to both queens & Long Island. great spot for a local trying to get away. housekeeping & staff were friendly and helpful. parking included is a plus, especially in NYC.

Room was not as clean as it could be. I did find a condom wrapper on the night stand & some used eyelashes in the bathroom but all surfaces were clean (including the floor - white sock approved).

This particular room was very nice, it had everything a gravity challanged person could ask for, was very pleased with the room. Booking.com achould change thier 2☆ rating to 3 ☆, hell it coat as much as 4☆ hotels ive been in

Location. Eateries close by. Close to parkways.

The chairs in the room need to be steam cleaned. Upholstery was very visibly stained. Had to drape chairs with towel to sit down. Room could offer more than 2 towels for this reason.

Good access to room. Heating and other equipment, such as microwave, in room worked well. Reasonable access to public transport options. Supermarket quite close. Some food options nearby.

A bit far from many food options. Motel best served with a vehicle.

I loved the proximity to both the Floral Park train station ( Long Island Rail Road) and also the n24 bus. I didn't have a car, and I found these two modes of transportation exceptionally easy to reach. The bus stop was just outside the door! The hotel room was comfortable and the window had a security fixture that allowed it to be open a few inches; that made a nice difference.

There were problems with the noise levels from people waiting for the elevator, which was right next to my room. There should be signs posted clearly, about guests keeping quiet, because other guests are trying to rest and/or sleep at any time of the day or night. It's a motel, after all, and travelers are often exhausted during the day!
