Service, location, like that rooms don't have rugs on floor.

The rugs and furniture with upholstery need to be updated or deep cleaned. No refrigerator and microwave available in all rooms.

Breakfast was convienent

They only had about 11-12 parking spots, which were very hard to get into. Street parking had meters which made it hard to park overnight. We stayed for 6 nights, we had to ask our son to pick us up at least 3 of those nights so that we didn't lose our parking spot. They did have valet, which cost $19.00 a night.

Breakfast is not something.I would brag about being the fact that they ran out of milk the firstday .I was there Bagels were stale No variety no choice While we're on the subject, someone could have run a vacuum cleaner down the hallway.

Some of the pillows were very good.The shampoo I liked overall.I had a good experience across the street on the other side of the train.There is a spanish eatery very good

Staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. It is a dog friendly hotel which is what I wanted, but the common areas and the rooms themselves did not disappoint. I was made to feel welcome, as was my well behaved dog. Thank you to Michael and the other staff. I would recommend this hotel to pet owners and non pet owners alike.

Parking is cramped and not many spaces available, but there is parking across the street.

On site parking. Security on site however , not so happy with being told $15 additional per night to park as a guest.

On 2 separate visits , pancake machine not working properly. Same staff person did not bother to correct issue days earlier. Staff should be more adept at hands on repairs as need arises

The Andrew Hotel is clean, very comfortable beds, big Tv with a lot of channels . The staff Bianca and Willie are exceptional. They are friendly, professional, took very good care of my car. Thankyou very much for making my trip very pleasant .

There wasn’t anything I could say I didn’t like about The Andrew Hotel.

Property was ok needs a little updating but the staff was very good especially the front desk staff member who helped me did the right thing by me when I found that the elevator was broken. I think for the price it’s not a bad place and it very conveniently located directed across the street from the Long Island railroad station that brings you thru parts of queens and into Manhattan.

-Parking was $19 dollars a day -Elevator was broken when I was there -Rooms need a bit of updating but where fine.

Location is great, right next to LIRR. Rooms are a good size.

Lighting is harsh with the Edison bulbs. Needed to cover them with shirts to keep my retinas from getting burned. Also, no mini fridge. What??

It was a lovely hotel, in a nice area. It was quiet and spacious. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. It was also so close to the subway. We had a very enjoyable stay here.

I loved everything about this hotel, from the kind, friendly, helpful staff, to the beautiful room, to the delicious breakfast. It truly was an anazing experience, and I look forward to staying again sometime soon.
