Great choice for an overnight stay. Was in town with a friend for a show at Citi Field so it was about a 20 minute Uber ride back and forth with traffic. The staff was friendly at check-in but the real bonus was Annie- she served us in the Bistro the morning we checked out. Her personality was so lovely and she accommodated my food allergies with a smile. Having the bistro on-site was definitely what made this hotel an excellent choice. Beds were okay- a bit soft for my liking. Bathroom products were good. And we had 12:00 check out, which was nice to not have to rush.

Around 2am, someone was trying to get into our room so it scared the hell out of us. We yelled to him and then called down to the front desk. A few minutes later, we were contacted and told that the man had the same room number at the hotel right next door. Would be a good idea to have a system where you need a key card to access floors from the elevator.

I like that the room was clean and the air was fresh. There were no funny smells in the room and no stains on the carpet. Breakfast was alright with enough selections.

At one point they ran out of food for breakfast and there was a long period of waiting and an even longer line. Good thing is breakfast service is 3 hours long and we could come back later.

Excellent service from the staff, and a very clean location. Also surprisingly quiet, given that our hotel looked out over the highway! Convenient to Flushings and Queens, and the UBS Arena.

Slightly more inconvenient to access the subway than other hotels, but not impossible if Ubering or if you are bringing your own vehicle.

Stay was excellent and staff very accommodating. Room was clean and workout facilities was great. Valet parking was a benefit, less worry about parking.

Breakfast wasn't the best. Received vouchers (sandwich or oatmeal) otherwise $$$. Little noisy due to expressway, but not impactful.

The rooms were comfortable, the proximity to Manhattan and other parts Queens were ideal.

Having to notifying the front desk for room service. The price per night was high given the location of the hotel.

I don’t think much about the breakfast, one muffin cup of coffee, that’s what you get for breakfast

It was a bit remote for from the nearest subway station

The room and bathroom were very clean and updated. Very comfy beds and I found my room quiet.

It’s just on a busy road but that’s expected for the Queens.

Breakfast was good, but quite pricey. Overall, having the unplanned extra night in NYC due to a cancelled flight turned out to be a pretty good experience...considering... :)

Maybe a complimentary breakfast

Location was fine near bus routes to easily get around.

Not much of a variety food wise surrounding the hotel in walking distance.
