It was conveniently located to Citi Field— had elevators to the floor, room cleaning, AC, mini fridge, WiFi! Bathroom was absolutely stunning — clean, shiny, clearly recently updated (at least it looked like it). The room was clean, smelled good, was a bit small— but good for sleeping to explore the city. Had some amenities and free products. Water pressure in shower was good, lamp by bed, outlets, etc.

No parking. No room service options. We had to park 3 blocks over and lug our belongings down the streets. I was worried the microwave was going to explode. We used it once and not again— it looked like something was smoking, had a terrible smell, black smudges in the back. I also didn’t like the breakfast spread— consisted of hard boiled eggs, sausage, some stale pastries.

The price is good for New York and it was very clean, we had daily cleaning services. Even if it’s far from tourists attractions, it’s close to the metro station Flushing, line 7

The breakfast is the same every day and no big diversity, most of them were frozen ready meals, the coffee was very bad and to be honest if you have more than 2 days you won’t be able to able to eat the same thing again and again having only few options. We had 3 days when we chose to eat somewhere else even if we had it included. It was in Chinese neighbourhood and we found this area quite dirty and only Chinese shops and food.

There was great space in the room. Furniture was unimpressive. Door security seemed excellent and room key worked easily--electronic (better than in most Marriotts). The bathroom had been recently redone in a very good manner. Beds were solid--might be too hard for some. Fine for us. Staff was responsive to requests for information and problems. Clean throughout. Close to US Open. Vending machine prices were great for NYC. Thank you.

Breakfast lacked hot meat and scrambled eggs. No boxed cereal. Same every day for four days. Lobby is shabby and thick screens at desk combined with sitting staff did not seem welcoming Had to go and get three towel sets twice (three in our room). Curtains in room were very dated. Blank walls in room--missed opportunity give a little class feel with some reasonable pictures.

Free breakfast was good, although repetitive. Staff were nice although Free luggage hold. Nice do not disturb system. Room was also pretty big. Not bad location from the subway.

It was a bit scary as my check in was at 1AM since my flight came in at 11PM and even though I already put that on the check in details they still sent me a message to let them know otherwise they wouldn't secure my room and if I didn't pay for WiFi during my 17 hour flight I might've missed that message. TV didn't work. There were 3 of us but only got 2 towels. Can't control temperature in the room have to tell the front desk.

Clean & comfortable. Breakfast was ok, not great but met our needs. Cereal, bagels, boiled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, minimal cold cuts, coffee. Hours 7:30-10:30. Liked the later time of availability, but surprised breakfast not served earlier than 7:30. Staff friendly & helpful. Room was relatively spacious which you don't always find in NYC. The mattresses were quite firm. Had read a few reviews complaining about that but I found them to be very comfortable. Convenient walking distance to subway and LIRR, near Mets Stadium and nice shopping area. Towels and linens excellent condition. Rooms attended to daily.

TV needed attention as remote didn't work & took more than a day for them to get it functioning. Near airport so right in flight path, but wasn't bothered by that. Construction across the street began at 7:00am each.morning so don't plan to sleep in. Lighting in the room could be improved, No "peepholes" in the door so can't see who's on other side. No hand lotion in bathrooms which would have been nice to have due to the cold air drying out hands.

For an NYC Hotel, this was reasonably priced. Walking distance to the train station. Room is not big but there's enough room to move around. Breakfast was basic. The same everyday (for 6 days) but we did some mix and match so we were okay with it. It had good insulation from the cold but we could hear the noise of the next room. Room had a ref and microwave. We requested for an iron and ironing board which they immediately sent up. On our last day, we were given extension for a couple of hours and allowed to store our luggage since we had a late flight. They arranged the car that brought us to the airport. The hotel is in a Chinese community so there's lots of (amazing) Chinese food. We even had dinner at a nearby resto at 11:30 in the evening. There's also a mall just right next to the hotel.

We didn't like the noise from the next door room. The staff in charge of the breakfast hall was slow to refill the food.

Very respectful, professional and friendly staff... very clean place... rooms are of good space... very clean... towels and lenin... room service was spotless... even if the pen wasn't there, they re-stock it... provided amenities are good... Location is great... very convenient to transportation, diners, shopping areas, and airport. Breakfast was really good with a lot of options but just limited space in room so can get crowded Prices are very resonable and the value for price is GREAT

Maybe a wardrobe and a safe would be great additions to the standard room and some slippers. Breakfast room can get a bit crowded but everything else was delightful... great experience

The location is great for exploring Flushing! Tangram is right next door and there are lots of places around to eat. We did not take the subway but there is a station nearby. The room was clean and there was breakfast available. The staff were very helpful and helped to arrange a taxi to JFK for our check out day.

It was a bit loud outside. Construction is going on next door, and one night the planes flying into LGA were very loud and disturbed my sleep. Other than that, no complaints.

For the amount we paid for (we booked 8 months in advance) and considering it is located in New York City, it is a decent place to stay in. We slept well, the heater worked well, too!

Nothing much to complain about really. The staffs were polite. The housekeeping did its job every day, so we come back to a made bed and clean towels everyday. The free breakfast lasts until 10:30 so we had enough time to sleep in and get ready then get breakfast. POV for this review basis: a group of late 20s Asians, two are experiencing New York for the first time.

The hotel room has a great size. Not too small and not to big. It has a central AC / Heater and utilities like microwave, mini-fridge and coffee maker. The breakfast was very balanced, with fruits, cereal, some bread options, coffee and juice. The locations is great because it is 3/4 blocks from the subway and 2 blocks from a mall that has target, Marshall's and other good stores for buying utilities and gifts

Most of the staff seems to be indifferent to us. Not sure if it is something cultural or maybe they see lots of tourists there and are sick of us, but a little bit of warm would be nice
