The hotel location is in the heart of flushing , many restaurants nearby and downstair is shopping mall. It's take 10-15 min to laguardia airport and about 25 min to JFK. I went to downtown Manhattan everday , it's very easy to take subway line 7 to Times Square ,it takes about 35 -40 minutes , which is quite comfortable because flushing is the first stop to Manhattan , so a lot of seats , and from times square back to flushing also .Every staffs are very nice .The receptionist Jessica , is very nice and very polite. I took the free shuttle bus to Laguardia airport ,the driver ,Sammy is very nice also . I will stay here again next time. Just noted that the breakfast is not the line buffet , it's in the menu that you can choose just one , but anyway it's very good quality.

Good size room with a view of the city and great shower. Nice size gym (plus a pool and a tennis court). Also a very pleasant rooftop terrace with view of Manhattan. Convenient if you need to be in Flushing, if you want a place near LaGuardia, Citifield and the U.S. Open, or if you're looking to save money on a stay in Manhattan (if you don't mind a lengthy train ride).

The WiFi requires agreeing online to a daily fee which is then refunded at checkout. This wasn't explained to me, and I didn't want to pay for WiFi, so I didn't have WiFi for my stay.

I was there for a couple of nights. I was in the city for a concert at Citi Field so the location perfect. A 20 minute (give or take) walk. The view of the city from the 12th floor was beautiful especially at sunset. The food at the hotel restaurant was great. The drinks were even better. Definitely try the Mezcal Mango Passion with or without the smokey flavour. Delicious!!! The bartender those evenings was amazing as well. Shout out to her!!

Because it’s located on the top of a mall, you had to go to the 12th floor to go back down to your floor. But hey, stop up for food/drink before you go back down. WiFi wasn’t the greatest but if you’re a member of BonVoy Marriott (which is free to join), it was free at least.

I loved how welcoming and friendly the door man was and also the front desk. The room was clean and spacious. We had an amazing view of the city and LGA. It was cool to see the planes landing. The rooftop was amazing. I love that right next door was the entrance to the mall. Very convenient! it was my son's birthday he was very pleased with the hotel. We will be returning very soon.

I wish they had hot chocolate added with the teas and coffee. Also, there was a woman cleaning the lounge who told me from across the room to give me my plate with my muffin on it. I wasn't finished eating it. I just felt like we were a nucinace to her.

The location was close to the US Open. Some people actually walked there, but our group was mostly seniors so that wasn't an option. The desk people helped us find a ride to the park the first day, but not so much after that. The hotel was relatively new and the view from the 12th floor was awesome. Some of our group had hor'derves from the bar( ex sliders) that were great.

The breakfast was appreciated but had some draw backs. The omelets did not come with any kind of bread and when we asked for toast they brought out white bread and said there was no whole wheat. Who eats white bread? It's poor fiber and generally not healthy! One of our group experienced an unpleasant encounter with the desk at checkout and they didn't take her Am Ex card although Am Ex approved the transaction as viewed on the payment screen.

The Room was Clean and Quiet they had good food in the restaurant. The Pool was Great and the Spa facilities were very nice… A Good location with Accessible transportation…

One of the elevators was Broken the whole time i was there. On the third night I was sleeping and around 5:30AM the window Blew Open from the wind leaving me frozen in the room, until somebody came and fixed it.

the workers was amazing very funny they great you at the door. Their so welcoming open the door for you once you go to the 12th floor it’s so beautiful the bar is amazing the person that checked us in had a great personality the conversation was amazing. got free water everything was perfect very organized. can’t wait till the pool is finish so I can come back again. highly recommend the rooms was perfect the view and it was very quiet.

the Wi-Fi kept coming off and on the connection without Wi-Fi is bad and have to pay $12 dollars if your not a member.

Beautifully designed hotel with functional room features like hooks to hang up towels and clothes, and a curtain separating the bathroom area and the bed. The toilet and shower are separate, which is similar to how a lot of hotels are designed in Asia. The hotel is located above a mall, with lots of food options like a delicious hot pot place and Kura revolving sushi. Also have bubble tea and a food court for other options. Close to Che Li, a NY Times highly rated Chinese restaurant which I recommend booking in advance.

We got a room on the 11th floor which is the same level as the Lounge. We loved how accessible it was to the Lounge, but some guests talked really loudly and didn’t respect that it was 6 am while walking to the Lounge. Not the fault of the hotel, just something to note.

The location is convenient and the hotel is fairly new. Staff was friendly. Cozy but efficient layout for the rooms.

It is very easy to get lost to find the hotel. Even after you find the ground level entrance, it is challenging to navigate the lobby and room. The hotel lobby is located on the top level and accessible through designated elevators. You need to take other elevators to get to the floor for your room. More user friendly instruction at the lobby and human assistance would be helpful.

good hotel if you stay in Queens area. you dont have to worry to find restaurants nearby, they have so many. the room a little bit small, but functional. it doesnt matter if it's just for sleeping. they have shared parking with other buildings (Mall or office), but you need to pay with reasonable rates.
