This was a great location very walkable to a lot of great restaurants and interesting shops. Considering the price, the hotel room was pretty large with a very comfortable bathroom and a great view. The staff were all incredibly friendly and nice. I will definitely stay here again.

The beds were extremely firm and could have been a little bit more comfortable. It would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room and a bit more storage for clothing- we only had two small drawers in the room.

The location is within walkable distance to both the subway and LIRR stations with plenty of good food options nearby as this is in the heart of Flushing's Chinatown. LaGuardia is about a 15 minute drive away, assuming no traffic. Our room seemed newly renovated; furniture was well maintained. Staff was friendly and greeted us whenever we arrived and was timely with getting us checked in and checked out, big kudos to Emma for her helpfulness and generosity.

The beds are definitely on the firmer side and the pillows are about what I'd expect from a hotel at this price point, not flat but not fluffy either. Our shower had good water pressure but didn't particularly get very hot. Our room also had a soaking tub, but the hot water spigot didn't work well and dribbled more than flowed.

We liked its unique, cleanliness, hospitality, varied breakfast, Manhattan skyline view and easy check in & out. The staff are responsible & polite. The hotel is 6 minutes walk to the subway station that took us directly to Manhattan. The surrounding is safe Chinese neighborhood. There are variety of food even McDonald’s is 5 minutes on foot. There is a nice mall called Sky View if you want to do shopping where you find Target, Marshall’s, Burlington and others. We will definitely stay there if we go to New York again.

I loved the location, our room had a nice view of the skyline, staff was always friendly & helpful, and the included breakfast was a nice touch.

The gym facilities left a lot to be desired, the bike scraped when I tried to pedal, the treadmill was jerky making it difficult to run on, and only one weight machine that I didn't bother to try because it didn't look like it was put together properly, they could benefit greatly from even a single rack of free weights and a bench or two. The breakfast was nice but the quality was inconsistent, some days it was hot, some days cold, the coffee wasn't my favorite but I know that is subjective, I would've preferred another meat option for breakfast besides sausage, and having fruit options available would be much appreciated.

The front desk staff were wonderful and very helpful. The room was newly renovated and very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was very nice and the shower was great. The location is perfect - great restaurants nearby and easy access to the subway and buses.

The free wifi didn't work. I had trouble connecting (it kept freezing or stalling) and then the few times it did connect, it was just for a few minutes and then it would disconnect. I love the hotel and would like to stay there again, but when I am travelling for work, I cannot stay somewhere that does not have strong and reliable wifi.

This hotel was extremely clean, an excellent professional service throughout my stay. I was taken back at how attentive and courteous the staff and facilities were. The receptionists Zhuzhu ,Kai, Michelle and Linda went above and beyond in the roles whenever I needed them. If you're heading to Flushing Queens I highly recommend staying at this hotel. We really loved the view. We could see Manhattan from our room. And we loved being close the La Guardia Airport, and watching the planes land and take off. We enjoyed the variety of Asian restaurants close by. We enjoyed being within walking distance of the Subway and LIRR station. Was great to be within walking distance to a Starbucks. Our beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious.

Most of the reception staff were lovely and friendly- especially the ladies. The men were not so welcoming and often made no effort at all to acknowledge us as we walked past. We would have liked breakfast to be available a little later (some nights we were out late seeing shows on Broadway, or returning back to the hotel late after a tour eg to Washington).

We stayed for a week, reception was very helpful and nice. The housekeeper did an amazing job at cleaning the room, when we came back the room was super clean !! The view from our room was beautiful! Breakfast was nice, nothing special but just what was needed and what they had tasted good. Nice bright eating area for breakfast. Location was good, walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, metro and malls.

The windows in the room couldn’t open so no fresh air and the heating system made a lot of noise!! Just a note we got the room for 3, with two beds I would say that that room is made for 2 people as the beds were super small for 2 people in one. Minimal toiletries, we were three in the room and they only put out toiletries for one person. Also bed sheets are super thin!

Team of Staff was attentive and helpful. Special thanks to Mr JK Jin for excellent service (always cheerful and approachable), help (for 1 day extension and special discount for "day-use") and attention to detail (he noticed that the floor rug was fall-hazard and he removed it immediately).

1. Air freshners in the room and bathroom were overwhelming and triggered allergy. 2. There should be a mini fridge in the room. 3. There should be some fruits for breakfast and variation of food items. 4. The service door in the breakfast room slams very loudly whenever the staff passes through.

The bed was very comfortable. The shower was good. The staff was very friendly The room was very clean.So was the whole hotel. When we walked in it smelled clean. These things made a great impression on us. It made our stay enjoyable.

There were a few things that could be fixed to make it better Adding a mirror in the room along with the one in the bathroom. Adding more lighting in the room along with the little desk lamp in between the beds.Many hotels have small frigs. And microwaves in the rooms for added conveniences which is nice. Our room (204) had. no exhaust fan in the bathroom. these caused a lot of inconveniences dressing to go out.The breakfast was disappointing. Some waffles and fresh fruit are not expensive to have. and would make a great addition to your breakfast.menu. We did have a pleasant stay in spite of these things...We would definitely come back and would still recommend Ramada to our friends
