My room and the bathroom was very clean, no foul odor. The bed was comfy and I loved my view, also, the free Wifi was good. Location was great for me, very central and close to everything I needed including the subway. Breakfast was great and I love the fact that different kinds of fruits were made available every day and the breakfast room is also very clean and has a television. You can catch up on the news while having breakfast. The lady at the reception (I don't know her name) and the maintenance man were very friendly and helpful, they provided an extension cable for me to use through out my stay because my laptop charger cord could not be plugged into the socket in the room.

The water from the shower in the bathroom is not very hot and the coffee maker in my room was not working well. There should be more variety with breakfast, it was way too much carbs(Bread, waffles, hard donuts, croissants) . Also, there were no eggs. My guest had to pay for parking ( 30 dollars) and was there for just about two hours. I also didn't like the fact that the hotel did not inform me before hand of the 200 dollars security deposit which is compulsory, it was at the point of check-in that they asked. What would have happened if I did not have that amount? I was traveling from abroad. Please, notify customers of the deposit from the point of booking, before they arrive the hotel.

Walkable to many restaurants, the Queens Botanical Gardens and the Billie Jean King Tennis Center. Loved the floor to ceiling windows, which let in a tremendous amount of natural light but also the blackout curtains that made it possible to sleep in late. The staff were professional, courteous, and so welcoming--really made us feel comfortable and at home.

My husband did not like the TV--he felt the picture quality could be better but honestly, we were there to experience the US Open and to explore Queens, which we had never been to before--not to watch TV. Despite the TV quality, we would absolutely return for a future stay!

The property had the perfect view of Citifield if you get the Queen Suite. The rooftop bar is really nice with a great view at night. The subway is only a 6 min walk. The walk to Citifield is only 15 mins. Target and CVS and shopping is right across the street. The breakfast is limited to toast,bagels,cereal,fruits,boiled eggs, and a few other things. We stayed for 5 nights and they constantly made our bed,grabbed our trash and refreshed towels. We had a really nice stay. I would fully recommend this property.

I only had one issue when we originally got there. There was 2 small black hairs that were over looked from the cleaning but when I told the front desk they quickly took care of it.

Location was great its nearby everything. Walking distance to foods and shops. There also a shopping mall next to the hotel which has every store that you need. The subway is not to far maybe a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The staff was friendly. Our room had a good view of the city and Citi field.

Fabulous room with all the amenities. Super comfy bed, super soft linens and comfy pillows. Incredible staff, along with a great Continental breakfast and gym facility. It's located right next-door to a great shopping center. Great and easy access to Subway system. Fabulous restaurants in the area. It's our new favorite hotel and we will be staying there regularly when we visit New York. One special shout out to Peggy Lau from the front desk and assistant manager. She was incredible and made us feel extremely welcome and made us feel like we were her favorite guests ever. She definitely deserves a promotion, erase and extra days off. Absolutely nothing!

To be honest, my wife and me loved the hospitality aa well as the accommodation at THE PARK HOTEL, as the entire team is super friendly, especially the Uncle Emokhare... thst hotel is very hygienic and confortable ... everything just as in the photos.... We promise to return at the end of the year...👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽

Breakfast was very simple / continental. Hard-boiled eggs only, with congee, and cereals, oats, pastries, bread, coffee, drinks, etc. I like best the location: just across two big malls. The nearest subway station is around 7 to 8 min walk. There's room cleaning everyday.

I was charged something that I had to request for refund for. Staff was helpful, but the refund in my card did not happen until some days later.

I loved staying here. Whenever you asked for anything, it was there within minutes. Go for high floor. Please be aware you are in the .middle of China Town and not a lot of people don't speak English.Its certainly an unexpected experience. I never thought I would walk the streets of New York asking " do you speak English?"

Nothing really apart from the language barrier

The hotel was very clean and the staff was respectful. I also like that it’s so close to the train station and the mall, and there are so many other businesses around.

The room was a bit small but we made it work. The breakfast could use some more variety, they served the same stuff everyday, it got old after a while:

Hotel is modern, very clean and done in minimalistic style. Some might complain about the size of the rooms but it is very comfortable. Rooms are very clean. Its located right in the center of the busy area. All what you need in walking distance. Plenty of restaurants to try, parks, transportation and even shopping. Being located in such a busy area you will have opportunity to try a lot of Korean dishes.
