It is a bit far from the subway station (17mn away by foot) A deposit of a 100€ is requested in case of damages in the room. Although understandable I am not fond of that process The room was underground so no view

The staff personnel were attentive. The television offered a lot of channels. The shower pressure was good, and the water temperature was hot.

Parking was a challenge in that the spaces were tight and hard to get in and out. The room was small. Since our room was below the street level, we couldn't get phone service for some reason.

The location, bus stop is just front of the hotel to reach main strait where all chinese foods are available. The hotel is new and clean and we don’t ask for room service as we kept our room neat and clean since the room is also small. The bed and pillows are comfortable to use and clean. Having spacious and clean toilet.

The rates is quite expensive and the room is very small there’s no much space to put your luggage and no cabinet to hang your clothes. Good for one person for small bag.

As their official website states, this hotel is the coziest residence in New York City, making us feel like we're back home. The hotel rooms aren't large, but in New York, a suite can cost $1000, while the price of this hotel is only $100, which completely meets our expectations. What's even more impressive is that the hotel's staff are like family, promptly providing us with various services. The rooms are very clean, and the bedding meets the standards of luxury hotels. Their in-room TV offerings are extensive, including apps like Netflix, HBO Max, Hulu, Sling, Disney, and more. The television itself is a top-of-the-line Frame TV... It's hard to believe that this is a hotel in the Flushing commercial area with a room rate of only $100. We'll definitely come back here on our next visit.
