Close walk to the subway, many food options & shops!

Front desk lady was rude and visibly unfriendly, checking in took a while because she was busy yelling at others and then purposely ignored us for about 5 minutes making herself look busy. Almost regretted booking there but the room was nice and the overnight staff was wonderful and so kind!!

very convenient and great location

front office staff very grumpy and not friendly at all. for me she looks too old to do the reception work as I found her to be grumpy and felt very annoyed. spoke to me rudely and it was like a problem when she should warmly welcome. there were two such persons and I think it will be good for the property to remove them before they cause more damage to the reputation of the hotel. everything else was good. I wanted to extend the stay but seeing her I decided not to and checked into another hotel

Located close to all the places we need to be at and liked that the parking garage is close by

For the most part, we had no issues, as we knew we will be close to the airport and expect the engine noises. The shower might need fixing, as the water pipes made loud screeching noises. And perhaps some extra towels, it was a double room with 3-4 people and they only supplied it for two people. We did ask the evening staff for towels but we never received it.

It's a good location and has a decent buffet.

Not that it's that important to me, but there was some peeling of a part of the bathroom next to the bathroom door. The toilet water was running and stopped working. By lifting the back of the toilet and lifting the thing that attaches to the handle and jiggling the clapper thing, somehow it made it so I could flush it after that. But of course I didn't risk using the toilet again. I let the front desk know in the morning, presumably they took care of it.

Staff were excellent! George at reception was super helpful and gave a lot of good suggestions. The guy serving breakfast was attentive and efficient. The room is spacious. You don't always find this size of room in NYC. Room was also very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. The location is non-beatable. Right in the heart of flushing. You can find many nice restaurants within walking distance. Price is reasonable. Good value for money!

The breakfast was just okay. There were no best parts about that. The waffles were decent but the butter was cold, it needs to be room temperature.

I didn't care for the guy that checked me in, he was rude. He was assisting me and stopped to assist the white guy behind me and claimed it was because I wasn't ready. However, when the two White folks ahead of me weren't ready, he didn't start helping me. So, the question is why? Why did he not start helping me when that couple wasn't ready. Then, after assisting me he held onto my credit card. He gave me my key and paperwork but did not remember to return my bank card.

The place was clean and room is spacious. The breakfast looks ok, but I was too tried to eat. The hotel was also central to malls and restaurant.

The only thing that I had a challenge with is to get the water temperature right. Its either hot or cold and takes a while to get it by tweaking back and forth.

Something different...I loved that there was a lot of Asian restaurants to eat from around the hotel. The room was clean, big and quiet. The morning breakfast offerings were great (My opinion) and plentiful. The lady at the reception was a character and I thought she was absolutely awesome.

A bit stuffy and warm if you weren't in your room. But it wasn't awful.

It was great. Location was great! The staff was extremely accommodating. They were warm, friendly and personable.

Hotel is a bit overpriced for not having more modern facilities. However, the property seems to be maintained just need updating. Repairs were being done to the entrance.

Location of the hotel, walking distance to all the main places in Flushing town. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast is surprisingly good, with good spread.

Room lack a kettle and a microwave, although it have a small coffee machine but this take time to make a few cup of coffee.
