Close walk to the subway, many food options & shops!

Front desk lady was rude and visibly unfriendly, checking in took a while because she was busy yelling at others and then purposely ignored us for about 5 minutes making herself look busy. Almost regretted booking there but the room was nice and the overnight staff was wonderful and so kind!!

I particularly appreciated the hotel's location, especially considering the price I paid. It’s conveniently close to the Flushing Main Street subway station, making it easy to get around. The surrounding neighborhood is lively, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and supermarkets within walking distance. It’s also just a short drive from LaGuardia Airport, which was very convenient.

One night, I did find a bug in the bathroom sink, but I was able to get rid of it easily and didn’t encounter any other issues during my stay. Overall, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay.

very convenient and great location

front office staff very grumpy and not friendly at all. for me she looks too old to do the reception work as I found her to be grumpy and felt very annoyed. spoke to me rudely and it was like a problem when she should warmly welcome. there were two such persons and I think it will be good for the property to remove them before they cause more damage to the reputation of the hotel. everything else was good. I wanted to extend the stay but seeing her I decided not to and checked into another hotel

Located close to all the places we need to be at and liked that the parking garage is close by

For the most part, we had no issues, as we knew we will be close to the airport and expect the engine noises. The shower might need fixing, as the water pipes made loud screeching noises. And perhaps some extra towels, it was a double room with 3-4 people and they only supplied it for two people. We did ask the evening staff for towels but we never received it.

It's a good location and has a decent buffet.

Not that it's that important to me, but there was some peeling of a part of the bathroom next to the bathroom door. The toilet water was running and stopped working. By lifting the back of the toilet and lifting the thing that attaches to the handle and jiggling the clapper thing, somehow it made it so I could flush it after that. But of course I didn't risk using the toilet again. I let the front desk know in the morning, presumably they took care of it.

The gym was very small and uncomfortable. The gym is located at the very bottom of the basement, and located in a closed door. Once the door is open, there is little ventilation. Really scary for a Best Western brand in the modern time. The machines were old and difficult to operate.

Staff were excellent! George at reception was super helpful and gave a lot of good suggestions. The guy serving breakfast was attentive and efficient. The room is spacious. You don't always find this size of room in NYC. Room was also very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. The location is non-beatable. Right in the heart of flushing. You can find many nice restaurants within walking distance. Price is reasonable. Good value for money!

The staffs were super nice and very helpful. Even though they might sound a bit direct they were super helping. The breakfast was nice especially the pancakes from the pancake machine were one of the best pancakes i had in the US. Housekeeping also did their job very well. Overall my stay was delightful.

The hotel is great, clean rooms with all facilities working. Had a great view from the room. The beds were great too. Most I liked was, this is in the middle of NYC Chinatown. Had all the option of Chinese dining.

The parking charge for my car was high, it could have been free as the space was available for guests.

The place was clean and room is spacious. The breakfast looks ok, but I was too tried to eat. The hotel was also central to malls and restaurant.

The only thing that I had a challenge with is to get the water temperature right. Its either hot or cold and takes a while to get it by tweaking back and forth.
