Clean and spacious room. Friendly staff. Location was great, a block away from the subway 7 line, makes it convenient to travel. Lots of food places nearby. The hotel shuttle service to and from the LaGuardia airport was super convenient as well. The staff set up a lovely anniversary gift for us upon our arrival. Would recommend this place and would stay again.

I didn’t like the scent of the conditioner and body wash, too perfumed. Didn’t have a pool or hot tub.

What stood out to me the most was Ms Hunee which made my stay not just enjoyable but memorable. In the breakfast , there is a lot fruits which we love it. We love the bagels with cream cheese.

We checked out for our trip to Seattle and Alaska on July 11. We didn't want to take so many luggages with us. As we will check in your hotel again on July 22 after our trip, so we decided to storage our 2 luggages with you. However we were very disappointed as your staff told us we can only store the luggage with them for couple of hours.

The size of the room and the lounge area. Elevators were fast. The room was clean. Location is great.

The door SLAMS shut when leaving or entering the room. Room was not ready at 3:00. We waited an hour in the lobby. We were offered to go up to the lounge but my husband turned it down.

It is super convenient to get into Manhatten in around 30-40 minutes and a better value alternative to Manhatten hotel prices. The hotel sits at the end of the 7 Line. Nice property. The surrounding area is so-so, but we never felt unsafe walking around at night. Some great Asian restaurants/bars in the area.

Our flight was canceled and the shuttle picked us up and took us to the hotel. The staff, especially Ken, were exceptional!! We rested very comfortably and truly enjoyed our experience at the Sheraton!!

Couldn't store our two luggages which we are not taking with us to Seatle and Alaska trips as we will stay with your hotel when we return from our trips.

I didn't like the fact that I had to pay 224.00 deposited and they had already took the payment for the room I feel that it should have been 50-100 like they said not 224.00

The manager Silvia was one of the best hotel representative I have come across. She was very accommodating and made sure all of my requests were met. Even though I could only stay one night, i will certainly remember this hotel for future trips.

The hotel room bathroom could use a renovation.
