The front desk staffperson was accommodating when our cell phone did not seem to work to call a taxi. She placed the call for us to reserve a taxi. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that the car service in town has both very expensive sedans but also affordable taxis. Be sure to request a cab if that is what you want.

We ate at the hotel restaurant. The food was average and took a long time but that is not my main complaint. What was not acceptable was the waiter's disposition. He was not friendly and when we finished our meal he made a point of throwing utensils onto the plate as it remained in front of me, causing a loud and offensive clatter. I have never been treated rudely like that by a waiter. That is NOT how you treat a customer--he should be re-trained to learn how to act civilly towards people to create a pleasant atmosphere. I would not want to eat there again because of the ill treatment.

The bar in the lobby.. The snack table in the evening.. Breakfast. The beds. The bathroom. The ease of unpacking. Hidden shelves for neatness. A very peaceful feeling

I felt a little isolated as a woman in the area and parking lot. I’d prefer a valet to park the car and take our bags, especially for the prices. I would not pay the weekend rate. Just my opinion in general for the industry, whereas I used to stay everywhere on weekends. Not worth it, like everything else in the new world, we must all find our own way. Hotel pricing now infuriates me.

I was expecting a generic chain hotel experience, but somehow it was much much better than that. The staff were all amazing, breakfast was truly excellent. The room had light switches in good places which is rare in hotel rooms.

Needed kettle and mug to make tea. Bathroom had a very bright blue light on the power point that stayed on all night and lit the whole place up. I didn't have room service because I didn't need it so I left my trash outside for collection and had to actually ask housekeeping to remove it which was weird. The good way outweighed the bad though.

The fitness room was clean and well equipped. The room was clean and spacious and very comfortable. The staff at breakfast was excellent. Friendly, attentive and efficient. The fresh fruit at breakfast was a plus The hot dishes were great

I didn't like certain aspects of breakfast which I had on all 4 days of my stay since there are no options in the immediate area. The coffee at breakfast was not fit for human consumption There could have been a better selection of yogurts at hreakfast. I think the price of the breakfast does not match the "oferrings".

The entire staff were professional, respectful & courteous as well as super friendly, including the restaurant servers. The hosts were also very accommodating as this trip was for medical purposes for me and not a pleasure trip. The Hilton Garden Inn sure made it a very pleasurable stay for us though.

Can’t really say we didn’t like anything about our stay. Except, my husband thought the green chair in the room did not match the room theme. Lol

I stay here everytime I am in the area. It is clean & convenient. Most important, I love how friendly & helpful the staff is.

Nothing .. maybe smell of oil on first floor when you come out of the elevator. I assume it is from restaurant..maybe need better kitchen filter?

breakfast was excellent. We hadn't received our bfast coupon upon check-in, but the charge for bfast was removed from our bill without hesitation upon checkout (bfast had been included in our pkg). Staff was nothing less than professional and friendly on top of that.

mini-fridge in our room wasn't working, so our leftovers from dinner out the evening before couldn't be used. We could have called down to the desk to see if it could be fixed/replaced but we chose not to do so.

Having only one option for Breakfast purchase at $16.95 is very limited. With the same available products, another 2 options would make sense such as a $9.95 price point, $12.95, which would offer a small eater a better match to their dinning needs and budget. The quality of the danish, breads section was below Hilton standards. All small and poor quality.

We stayed here after having flown into JFK airport at the start of our New England Roadtrip. Good hotel with comfortable beds and large rooms. Very friendly staff and a restaurant serving good meals. There was a well stocked mini market on site. The hotel was clean and well maintained and parking was plentiful. We don’t generally stay in chain hotels but this was a perfect convenient stop for us.

The staff was wonderful. Friendly, accommodating, made sure we had everything we needed.

The pool and hot tub were out of service and we were very disappointed about that. We really looking forward to using them and it was one of the main reasons we picked this place.
