Room ready and clean when we arrived. Breakfast bagels lovely and fresh

Room not cleaned great during stay shower gel tissues not replaced for a few days when empty. Parking was free on confirmation and there hotel directory services but wanted to charge us. (New thing brought in a few weeks ago we were told) I said they should honour our booking as was free when booked told to speak to manager than general manager 🤦‍♀️was resolved eventually by a receptionist who just spoke to a duty manager who gave us a note to put in the car saying do not scan for payment 🤷🏼‍♀️. Breakfast ok but mostly lukewarm and monotonous. Bagels lovely and fresh. People were taking away food after eating filling their pockets with yogurts and fruit and even platting up additional breakfasts to take to their rooms.

Stayed in the 2 bedroom suite which was very spacious for NY city. The rooms & bathrooms were very clean. The check in was quick. Kenny assigned us a room close to the elevators, without our asking, as one of our guests had mobility issues. He took the time to make sure I was getting the membership rate. He smiled and treated us like guests, which is rare for NY. Our complimentary water included top brand snacks. He responded to our room issue quickly. We were pleasantly surprised that the suite had 2 full baths, one shower only & the other a tub/shower combo, with full size shampoo, conditioner & body wash in each. Breakfast was the usual hotel hot breakfast buffet fare plus grab & go upgrades like overnight oats with chia seeds and chia pudding made with oat milk. The bagels were fresh & soft. There were sufficient tables & chairs

Our room had a broken thermostat it kept getting cooler as we tried to make the rooms warmer. We had already settled in after a long day of travel, so changing rooms was not desirable. Kenny provided extra blankets & continued to check on us via the hotel's text process

I really enjoyed every moment of my stay! The hotel owner Mr. Paul Gabriel, upon my written request, designated a warm and a most quiet room for me before my arrival, and the entire reception team was very forthcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was always delightful, with quite a variety of choices. Their hearty oatmeal and great coffee made me feel like home. The microwave, the stove, a full set of kitchenware, and a full-size refrigerator made my stay even more comfortable. The hotel is located within a few miles from Hofstra University, so if you are visiting someone at Hofstra, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff was average in terms of attitude. I wouldn’t say they were terrible, but I wouldn’t say they were exceptional. I think if they’re excited to do their jobs well it will come through and their attitudes toward the customers.

I like the room they were spacious and they provided good comfortability for my wife and myself and my daughter. We stayed for two weeks so it was a good stay. The cleaning staff did a good job and they were polite and respectful.

I got upgraded to a two bedroom suite which I really appreciated because I had my 9 month old with me. The rooms were spacious and everything was really clean. I really enjoyed the grounds and how clean everything was.

The stay was great and you couldn't beat the price or location. However, some of the things in the room were broken down, like the dishwasher. Every time I opened it, I was scared it was going to fall out. Upon leaving, I got charged a one time pet fee when I didn't have a pet. When I called, I was told "well maintenance/cleaning heard a pet so therefore we are charging." Hopefully, this will be removed because I'm really upset about it. A couple of staff members were also not kind to my husband and I in the morning upon check out. Breakfast was OK at times, the bowl of fruit looked like they didn't change it for days.

Breakfast was buffet style with Cheese Omlette, bacon, hash browns, oatmeal, fruit juice, coffee, pastries, bagels, plenty to chose from. Comfortable seating area. Suite comfortably sorted the 6 of us. King size bed in one room, two double beds in other, living area in between with kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Coffee making facilities were available. Kids used the pool and I used the fitness centre ( running machine and exercise bike with weights available) Once I contacted reception the party in the next room stopped within 10 minutes, reception called that room.

When we arrived, approx 22:00 a strong smell of marijuana was in the foyer. However, this did not appear again during the rest of the weeks stay. A loud party went on in the next room but the issue was resolved when I rang reception.

Hotel was great, it served well.

I was really pissed to learn that because I booked through Booking.com I would not be able to receive Hilton honors points. I won’t make that mistake again.

We like that breakfast was provided but it was cold

We didn’t like that some of the things were broken in the room and the key to the pool wouldn’t work which was alittle frustrating because then someone from my party would have to get out the pool to open the door

My experience was great! I would have given an excellent rating if it weren't for the loud heating fan in my room and my ability to adjust the temperature to a comfortable level. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of items to choose from. My room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I'd definite stay again when I visit NY.

Needed Better room temperature control.

Property was nice and clean. The breakfast was great. I didn’t give staff a great score only because I didn’t interact with them. I was able to check in digitally and go straight to the room and check out digitally and leave

The pillows were the only issue. They were way too soft. They were super fluffy but when laid on they sunk immediately
