Great location, close to the airport and to the mall. Carle's place diner is just 10 minutes away and the owner is a great guy, and the food they server is top quality so be sure to head over their.

There were a few items in the room that were faulty, like the toilet seat, the door to the bathroom was not fully closing it's a roller door type. But overall super happy with my stay

Room was really comfortable and it meet all my needs. Then , the complementary breakfast was excellent and friendly staff( Mariam). Her service was great. The food taste good and and healthy. Kids really enjoyed the pool. Overall it was a awesome time. Thank you to all the staff members.

The room was very comfortable and clean which is perfect for a 1-night stay! The breakfast the following morning was tasty and the staff was courteous.

We rented a suite and there was a dividing wall made of glass on the desk area. Unfortunately, it rattled when you walked and seemed to serve no functioning purpose.

The staff allowed me to have an early check-in so I could have a zoom meeting on the wifi, and also let me check out an hour later than usual, so I could do the same thing again, the next day. Breakfast had a lot of options- it would be impossible not to find something you'd like to eat.

My sink was stopped up, which they fixed as soon as I told them. The price was very high for one person for one night, I thought.

Smelled Very clean when we entered, staff was nice, the beds are comfortable, clean room with lots of space, we got a studio with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed ,the room had good lightning. bathroom was big and clean. Walk in closest with a iron . Breakfast was nice . Overall a great experience for me and my family

Nothing bad for us

over all decent experience, the room were clean and the value of the location was great

the phone system in the entire building was down. I was sent an email to check in early and when I arrived at Hotel was told my room was not ready. I also had a welcome basket to put in the room, front desk told me they would place it there when room was ready, that did not happen!

Breakfast was excellent. Quite a variety. Staff were excellent ( I have a slight disability and they went over and above to ensure I was taken care of). Location was good for the services I required.

The phone system was out for 3 days. For a hotel the Telcom should have ensured they were given priority solutions.

It was great. Even bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great. I try to find a hotel that has free breakfast with your stay for my parents that constantly think about food. lol.

I really can’t find anything to complain about except your typical noise from above or out in the hallway which is understandable

over all great stay and great location. restaurants and shopping right down the block.

Check in! They do have a small sign which states it, but I don't think it would kill the front desk to give a reminder that $250 would be held on my card for incidentals. $250 hold was more than I paid for the freaking room!
