It is a great place to stay and I always enjoy my stay here when in town for work. I just wish they cleaned the counters as I see stains from prior guests. But I always bring my own wipes and give it a once over. Please note: it’s wayyyy better than several googled of comparable pricing in the entire NYC area.

Clean the counters is my sole complaint

We love the location, the rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, price is right. The house maids are really nice and do a great job.

The noise level of other guests but its not like that all the time.

I’ve been staying here intermittently since last year couple days every week for work when I commute to NYC. It’s one of my nicer hotels that I enjoy staying at that’s affordable. Usually very clean including the walls and linens. Staff is great.

Old buildings and less sound protection through window, 30 min away from JFK an the road is quite busy, but with this price these are understandable

This was an excellent experience - we had to do a last minute booking within a limited budget and I was a little unsure about our choice. The reception was helpful and friendly, the rooms were hyper-clean and efficient and had everything needed. I would go there again any time.

Simple quite old hotel room, I’d say too expensive for its age and comfort. But, it was very clean, and it was most important, so the staying was good

It's your every day basic hotel, clean and quiet.

Bed was squeaky, and wouldn't let me check in early without paying an additional 30 dollars.
