The room was nice and spacious and provided accommodations needed for my disability and mobility. In addition, the staff was extremely helpful, kind, and attentive to my needs...they truly went above and beyond to communicate with me and ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible!

There was an issue with my TV...unfortunately, the remote/TV wasn't fully functional. Kevin from maintenance was very helpful and did his best to resolve the issue for a short time but sadly the issue wasn't resolved. I adapted to the situation and simply kept the TV on the same channel throughout my stay because I wasn't able to scroll and select any other channels.

Very clean and neat. The suite was perfect for both relaxing and working. Staff was pleasant and helpful in person.

I could hear the guests in the adjacent room shouting at each other. The staff did not respond to online requests.

The bed and pillows were comfortable, not too soft or hard (Goldilocks!). The space was large, the lighting was bright, and the TV could rotate for viewing from the sofa or from the beds. There was a lot of counter space in the kitchen area. The desk in the "living room" was large. There was a 4 foot counter and huge mirror in the closet area between the bathroom and the bed area, which I found useful. The water pressure was okay and the walk in shower area was plenty large for me. I don't use a tub, so the walk in shower was great for me. I did not use the gym or gym or have breakfast, so I cannot comment about those. The tiny convenience "shop" next to the reservation desk had small selection of various frozen meals (including healthier options like Amy's spinach lasagna!). The room and facilities were in pretty good condition.

Complimentary bottles of water were not provided, which was an annoyance since I had to go down to the front desk area to buy water. The shower head was not on a flexible hose, so it could not be moved. I found a few long hairs on the bathroom floor; however, I haven't stayed in a hotel anywhere in the world where that wasn't the case, including 5 star hotels. The floor was not "dirty" and the rest of the bathroom was clean.

We liked the large room. The pool. How clean things were. Very nice area where we felt safe and comfortable leaving baggage in the car for our jfk flight the next morning.

There was nothing we didn’t like. I gave it an 8 for that reason. It’s not a place I’d stay for vacation but out of necessity it was very nice.

Great selection of breakfasts-lots of choice for everyone. Bathroom very clean and beds very comfortable. Can walk to mall across the street

Sofa beds were not very firm-were only suitable for kids. Would not provide enough support for a grown up to sleep on.

My cousin had a long layover from China. Next stop Jamaica 🇯🇲 home. Large, Clean and quiet suite,walking distance to fine dining and the mall. Staff was friendly, Helpful and professional. Lemon and cucumber infused water available while you check in. Breakfast was delicious and healthy to start the day. Great stay Residence Inn.

This hotel was awesome and gave our family space to spread out. The breakfast was great and location was too! The facilities were clean and staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for sure!

The king suite room was exceptional, spacious and comfortable. Location to places of interests was excellent.

The initial issue with my charges/refund being resolved only until the day I left after writing an email to Marriott customer service. I felt this could have been approved early on by the property manager. Also, the cost per night were very high.

The healthy choices available at the Breakfast. The fruit infused water available at the lobby is truly a thirst quencher. The lobby is attractive and clean. They also have a well-kept game room including Air Hockey, PoolTable and other various game activities to enjoy.

Very clean. Location was great. Staff was amazing. Breakfast was 10/10!

I honestly cant find anything that we didnt love about this hotel and we travel alot!
