The overnight staff Christine was very rude and obviously did not want to be there she was condescendingly curt and finished my sentences and questions before I even was able to ask them. I was there for over 12 nights without incident. However, the overnight staff told me I could not take her plates. " Did you steal my plates?" out of the cafeteria area? Having such abhorrent and instigative behavior is not indicative of a hospitality service industry. Nonetheless, I refuse to let one person tarnish or be accountable for the entire team of working employees who unequivocally aim to please every guest's needs 110%.

First off the location is convenient. There’s lots of shopping & places to eat nearby. Room was pleasant & bed comfortable. Lots of hot water & good water pressure. Liked plank flooring instead of carpeting. Staff very friendly & accommodating. Breakfast was nice; cereal, waffles, assorted breads & juices & a hot egg option each day. I loved the coffee machine with all the various coffee options…looked forward to my decaf latte each morning!

There was minor damage to the wall that needed some repair & touch up & the heating unit was a bit noisy. It’s winter & having to access the room from an outside hallway was uncomfortable.

My mom and I were traveling for funeral services. Room was clean, beds very comfortable. Easy to sleep as it was quiet at night. Location was excellent and hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included. Had a good breakfast.

The beds were very high and it was difficult for my mom. I had to help her get in and out of the bed. Double step getting into room and bit of a step getting into bathroom. I should have asked for a handicapped accessible room. Pool was nice but water was cold.

The room was clean, and I appreciated the effort the staff put into maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. The ease of the checkout process was another plus, making my departure smooth and hassle-free. The lobby and breakfast room were well-designed and created a pleasant atmosphere for guests. You can have free coffee 24 hrs.

There were some notable downsides. During the day, the noise from both the nearby train and highway was quite noticeable. Fortunately, the noise subsided during the night, providing a more serene atmosphere for a good night's sleep. One aspect that I feel compelled to mention, although not directly related to the hotel itself, is the occurrence of disturbances during different nights. Unfortunately, I could hear people engaging in loud arguments and screaming, creating a less-than-ideal environment. It's important to note that these disturbances were not a reflection of the hotel's management but are worth mentioning.

Katie, at the chech-in desk, was really great. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. I had a few questions and she addressed them graciously. A definite asset to your hotel.

I couldn't close the left side of the curtain on the window. I mention it to the person on the desk (not Katie) on 4/8 when I left around 3:45 p.m. Upon my return @ 7:30 p.m. it was not fixed.

Clean, no roaches or vermine. Housekeeping will clean your room between 9:00 and 12:00 everyday. The front desk will restock your toiletries and towels all you have to do is ask. Continental breakfast is fully stocked from beginning to end. Location: it's in a quarter mile to major parkways. Free Wi-Fi HBO '96 channels, have a pool washer and dryer and workout room.

There was a concerted effort to deter crime; the parking lot was well illuminated and there were cameras visible overlooking the parking areas. Breakfast was good.

There is marijuana consumed throughout the property. I saw no effort to enforce their no smoking policies which specifically reference pot and vaping in addition to cigarettes.

breakfast was nice. the coffee was hot and ready when i got up. the room was clean and ready when i got in and everyone greeted me wiith a smile.

I needed a blanket on the bed. there wasn't any weight of a blanket on the bed. Where i put my clothes it was very dark there could have been a lamp on top of the furniture. My room was at the end of the run. For a single woman, it was a long walk to my room, but i guess you couldn't do anything about that.

The room and bathroom were clean, the coffee was excellent and plenty choices for breakfast. Bed very comfortable.

I honestly can’t think of anything I didn’t like. I was very happy with my stay, the staff at the front desk were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to help me out.

Very nice staff. Very accommodating for all our needs. The breakfast was more than what we were expecting.

I didn't know the hotel doesn't have refrigerators in all rooms. The hotel should consider that some guests have a medical need for the fridge. In our case i needed it to keep my insulin cold so it wouldn't spoil during my stay. Also half the hotel isn't elevator accessible. It's very hard for seniors to utilize steps to get to a guests room(especially with our luggages)
