Shuttle bus was an excellent service...worked well to LIRR Farmington. Liked the rental car feature....very helpful Breakfast staff was great! Responsive front desk! Inside pool was good.

B&W printer offered in the lobby was inadequate and poor quality..and frankly unusable for our boarding pass. And no color printer? Internet Wifi was barely adequate...free or not. Car rental staff was not available at the office much of the early (8am) advertised time. Room air conditioning (central air) was poor...probably because filters/ducts were not cleaned regularly.

The front desk staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect,Joseph at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating,the breakfast was beyond what I expected,the staff were also very accommodating and very professional,the housekeeping staff was very nice and helpful,and the maintenance man help fix my remote very nice,the hotel should be happy to know how wonderful the staff is at the Huntington Hilton.

I love my entire stay ,I can't find anything I didn't like

The hotel was in a very good location and the staff plus the accommodations were excellent. The room I used for 5 days was cleaned everyday and was spotless. Bk of America was right across the street and it is close to the Huntington shopping mall plus Walmart, Dicks sport store and other stores all along Route 110 in Melville, NY. I was told by the taxi driver I used that the Chinese/Indian restaurant located at the hotel is very good. I did not have breakfast at the hotel since I met friends outside for breakfast, at the local Panera restaurant.

I did not have any complaints of this hotel. I have stayed at this hotel many times before my current stay at Thanksgiving 2023. I found that the staff is very accommodating and considerate of their customers. I had to get to an appointment and the hotel services desk got me a taxi service within an hour of calling them. I requested it for an hour after I called the desk and the taxi was right on time with very nice and safe drivers.

Clean. Staff attentive. Good food. Nice bartender.

Booking.com stated FREE PARKING. When we got there it was $20 per night plus tax. As a family we had two cars three nights so this added $120.00 plus tax to our cost of staying there. We were never notified by booking that a change had taken place. This is a self park run of the mill parking lot in suburban Long Island where parking lots are free. This is absolutely outrageous and I will never stay there again despite liking the hotel itself.

The pool was great for the kids. Love that it was open late

The hot tub was very nice. The manager was very nice and was very professional the staff at the front desk was very friendly and answered all my question and addressed all our needs .The breakfast was very good every morning,the staff in the restaurant were the nicest set of people especially the manager every morning she walked around and greeted us as we arrived for our breakfast and made sure we didn't need anything.my kids had a great time my son really enjoyed his Christmas present which was a hotel stay.

Great location, safe and clean hotel. Felt upscale compared to a lot of Hilton’s I’ve stayed at, lobby was impressive and staff was helpful and pleasant.

Thin walls made it hard to sleep in, people in room next to us woke us up just by talking at a normal volume.

Pool was amazing. So warm and relaxing. Room was clean. I liked the digital key registration so no need to stop at front desk.

Cost of buffet breakfast for two people was $52.00. Food wasn’t very hot. Not a huge buffet and only basics.

it was a good location, nice lobby with view of the pool which was aesthetically pleasing even though we didn’t have an opportunity to use the pool.

Was put in. handicapped accessible room the first night without being told. dDid not realize this until I went to my family’s rooms and saw the difference between the bathrooms and closets. My room had no bathroom counter and the closet was tiny wit the hanging rod so low that I couldn’t hang my formal gown in it without it dragging on the floor. When I approached the front desk about it the next morning they moved me with no problem. The person who checked me in the night before was not very friendly, and he wasn’t even at the desk when I arrived. I had to wait about 5 minutes not knowing whether there would be someone there to assist me. I could barely understand him with his heavy accent and he was not able to adequately answer my questions.

I loved the rental car office being available in the hotel. Yvette, the rep who serviced us for both the rental car and the snack area, was amazing. She will be the main reason we return. Yvette was just an awesome and helpful person. She was professional and knowledgeable. She was just amazing! We also enjoyed the breakfast although it was pricey.

The hours for the snack area were not long enough.
