I liked the location. It is close to Hofstra University where we had an event. It is walking distance. The staff is polite and ready to help you. Room is big enough to fit 3 people. In walking distance you can find places to eat ( starbucks, chipotle, mcdonalds). The pool is good. The gym is average and good enough to do normal training.

If you get a room looking towards the pool, then get ready to hear some noise. It is also humid inside the room because of the pool. It can be sorted out if you switch on fan/AC. The scale in the gym is outdated. It would be nice if they put electronic scale.

It’s very close to Hofstra University, so quite convenient when visiting our son there. It’s very basic in terms of accommodation: has everything you need, and no more.

The front desk configuration is awkward and the staff is kind of condescending. Also, they blare music at the entrance 24 hours a day and it was loud enough to keep me awake in my 7th floor room.

I’d like to commend the young lady at the front desk, Shavonne, for her outstanding service. She was very helpful, friendly, and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Her pleasant personality truly stood out and left a lasting impression. Because of her, I’ll definitely be looking forward to staying here again whenever I’m working in the area.

The location, great customer service and the large clean room!

I stayed in room 420 and it was huge and beautiful but the AC barely worked in the room, I put the AC on 66 and myself and my daughter woke up hot and sweaty and had to open the window to get a cool breeze feel. Please follow up with maintenance about the air conditioning

conveniently located to the colleges were visiting.

I requested a 2 double room to accommodate 3 adults. When we got to the hotel we were offered a room with 1 king bed. They were finally able to find a 2 double bed room. Our floor had a broken ice machine. We asked for a roll away cot and we were told no because it would be a fire hazard. I have never been declined a rollaway bed in all my travels. We asked for the WIFI pw and were told that we could not have WIFI access because we booked thru a 3rd party and not Marriott. I am a Marriott reward mbr and they still declined to provide WIFI unless I paid 10 dollars extra per day.

I like that it was very clean and is very close to everything you need away from home.

Didn't like that the breakfast was pretty much the same every day. The water wasn't hot enough. Otherwise, I love everything about this hotel.

My business meeting went well.

I did not receive any points for my 5 day stay at the hotel. When I booked my reservations I was unaware that I would not accumulate any points. Being a rewards member, I would like to receive my points when I patronize the Marriott Hotels or its affiliates. Are you all really going to address these responses.

Overall it's a place that I would take my family and recommend for my friends My son enjoys a pool. I enjoyed the great location for me.

Unfortunately. One front desk representative.,black people treat black people the worst when they had a position of power,rubbed me the wrong way after several visits to the same location. I'm praying for her.

The breakfast staff were friendly, the room was comfortable, they accommodated my request for floor assignment.

I've called the hotel on two different occasions, and rec'd a VM. The first was not ret'd, the other I am waiting for. It would be nice to connect to a human directly. I had brought popcorn to pop in my room, but there was no microwave. This is a first world problem however.

The lady at the desk was absolutely amazing she saw i was traveling with 3 kids and put us in the perfect room near the pool. She was also interactive with the kids and made them feel welcome.

It was great but maybe a little high priced
