The property was very, very clean Especially for a motor lodge . My son was getting married and I only needed the room for short stay overnight. So for the price, it was great and it definitely was not like a truck stop motel or anything. The staff was amazing and the bed was probably the most comfortable bed. I had been in quite a while. AAA

I would have liked if they had a selection of continental breakfast at minimum. I understand it’s not a fancy hotel the coffee was OK. The convenience of having a diner less than a mile away was good though . And there was a great Cuban restaurant down the street that was amazing.

The location is great… right next to a target and many food places nearby. Perfect for if you forget something or need something quick to eat. The lady at the front desk is WONDERFUL and so so kind. The room looked like it was just renovated, brand new flooring, bathroom, etc. It was very clean! The room we had looked nothing like the photos, so much cleaner and nicer! I would say the price we paid for our room was pretty reasonable!

The room itself was a little small. It was just 2 of us traveling though, so it didn’t really make a big difference to us. The only thing I would have liked is an extra lock mechanism on the front door. This is a room where you walk out of it and you’re standing outside. The location of this lodge seemed safe, but this day and age you never know, unfortunately. There was only one lock on the door, and we wished there was maybe just one more lock or safety mechanism in place to make it feel more secure.

This property was way above my expectations. Check in was a breeze with a lovely helpful woman at the front desk. The room was perfect. It had plenty of space. It was immaculately clean. The bed was so comfortable. The room had a fridge with an actual freezer! The bathroom was beautiful and spotless. Coffee in the morning was great too! The parking was easy to access. It was an amazing experience and we will be back!

The renovations were great and the rooms were well kept and very clean. The location was perfect for us, tons of great restaurants nearby!

No breakfast to awaken you, and unfortunately the coffee was horrible! I had to go to the. 7-11 across the street for coffee. However, the 7-11 had superior coffee and was convenient enough to simply walk to each morning. Not a major inconvenience at all.

I needed to travel to Huntington on business and made a non-cancellable, non-changeable reservation (through another travel website) - but the day of my trip, the person I was planning to visit contracted COVID. I called the hotel to tell them I wouldn't be able to come, I knew I wasn't entitled to a refund or credit, and that was fine. Betty helped me change my reservation without and change fees, anyway. That's service above and beyond! I had been apprehensive about trying a moderately-priced hotel that wasn't a "brand name," but it checks all the important boxes: Clean room, good bed & pillow, user-friendly/effective air conditioner, free internet, outlets & USB connections, the water tastes good, the shower is easy to operate, good towels, and (though there are only 17 channels on the flat-screen TV) a readable channel list on the dresser. PLUS, management that went the extra mile for me. I've stayed there 3 times since that "non-cancellable" incident.

The rooms are very well appointed with all basic necessities covered. The location was conveniently close to markets, attractions and restaurants. The host was very gracious. One of the best motor lodges I have ever stayed at.

The beads creak every time you (or neighbors) move.. I think it was the metal frame..

Stayed here because it was close to my sister's house while visiting. We were extremely pleased-- the place is nicer than the pictures and recently updated. Clean. Friendly staff, especially the woman at the front desk (owner I think) was very accommodating. We will stay again.

My grandmother mentioned multiple times how comfortable her bed was. The hotel staff was so polite and welcoming every single time I spoke to them on the phone and in-person. We were so pleased with the abundance of towels that they gave us.

My grandmother put her slippers in the cupboard under the sink and the sink leaked through the pipes to soak her slippers. They weren't permanently damaged so she wasn't too upset, and the staff at the hotel was very apologetic and was sending for someone to fix the sink.

Rooms are recently updated. New laminate flooring throughout. New marble floors in the bathroom, nice large tiles on bathroom walls, new bathroom faucet and bathroom sink. They chose nice materials that will make it easier to keep the rooms clean for many years.

The parking lot asphalt should re-paved.

Plenty of room for the little ones to run around. Neat and clean. All staff were so friendly and it was the perfect location for the purpose of our trip. Close to a park for the kids.

It would be good to have chain locks on the door. The little ones kept opening the outside door. Also could use some Kleenex and paper towels in the room. Napkins and salt and pepper in the coffee/microwave area would have been nice.
