The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. we enjoyed our stay there except for the last night but that had nothing to do with the hotel, just some terrible people staying there. We did not eat at the resturant but it looked clean .

The last night of our stay, some guests had a weed party on our floor. It stunk up the entire third floor and set off the smoke alarm. We arrived several hours later and our room had a strong oder of marajuana. The staff tried to spray it and opened a window but in the end, the gave us a different room on a different floor. Not the hotels fault and they gave us a 50% discount for the last night.

Rooms appeared clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The staff immediately resolved a thermostat issue we had in our room, and we did not have to wait in our room for service. Location was close to our event and convenient to parkways.

The shower water pressure was low and we actually ran out of hot water the first day. Days 2 through 3 were a bit better. We also had an uninvited "visitor" in the refrigerator area of the room leading me to believe the room was not as clean as it appeared.

We were assigned a Penthouse Room without requesting it. Sweet young ladies working the front desk. Hallways, room (and bathroom) were very quiet and attractive. Mattress and pillows very comfy! Very clean hotel. !

Shower never got hot, even when left running for 5 - 10 min. Front desk offered to send up a facilities person, but we were only staying 2 nts so we didn't bother. Towels need to be replaced w higher quality towels. TV pkg w Direct does not get CBS or ABC! Very disappointing. Bar area is attractive but few people used it. We asked about cost of a glass of wine -- $16 - 18 ! Hotel should offer and advertise Happy Hour to get people into bar. We drove 5 - 7 mi to a Happy Hour; nothing seemed much closer to hotel.

Property was nice best part was the spa treatment.

No issues with the property just staff. I must say the walls are thin. I was playing music pretty late in the evening/early morning. And the music was not loud at all! But not only did the front desk call but security also came to my room. One immediately following the other. Max volume on my FiveBelow speaker is 20 and it was literally on 8.

We particularly enjoyed the intimate setting and exceptional quality of food offerings in the small in-hotel restaurant. We ended up eating multiple meals there because it was so great!

The location was a big difficult for us based on the location of the event we were attending in town, but it was worth the extra logistics.

Everyone went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was large and clean. Optional breakfast was wonderful with omelets made on request by the chef.

While encouraged to use the online request form, at checkout, a person at the front desk told me that a call to the front desk always works best so that they can address any concerns immediately.

The room was well laid out and clean, the bed was spacious and comfortable. The staff were helpful, kind and listened to any concerns mentioned. They ensured to amend any issues promptly. The facilities were great and the wifi was reliable for my meetings with a desk in the room. The spa was lovely and relaxing. Parking on site was free but was limited as it was shared between hotel guests, spa guests and the restaurant. However, there was only one night we couldn't find a space. Overall the stay was great and we would recommend this hotel for those looking to stay on LI

No complaints to mention, any issues experienced on this trip were quickly amended by the staff and sufficiently compensated for. Can't fault them at all

Always a wonderful stay at the Viana the facility is clean and well maintained they have an excellent restaurant and Bar and the bed is above and beyond exceptional

First room they placed me in smelled of cigarette smoke I asked to be moved and she changed me in 5 minutes to a different room

The room was AMAZING. It was a wonderful size, clean, plenty of room for clothes and just in general. The location is close to anything you may need. The food was delicious - we ordered room service and ate breakfast. Good hotel for a family if you’re willing to spend the extra cash.

You have to reserve the pool and it is TINY!

Had an issue with my billing.. the staff is terrible..you'll stay on hold listening to music for 10 minutes before anyone comes to answer if at all..after 4:00 in the afternoon very difficult to speak to anyone in charge..
