The king suites were spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was fairly quiet considering it was on the first floor. I had reserved 2 rooms; we were close together and accommodations made for rolling shower when requested. The reception staff were professional friendly, and helpful.

Though the breakfast was very good, it was a bit expensive. When one of our orders was wrong, it was redone to our satisfaction. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The only complaint, which to be fair we never got to tell the front desk staff because we were so busy and in and out. Our fridge in our room wasn't working at all. But like I said, I can't blame them because we didn't tell them. I am sure had we said something they would have fixed it.

the convenience and ease of the location. Situated very close to all kinds of local shops, eateries, and right off the main road.

Not a complaint, but we are looking forward to our next stay when renovations are complete.

The place was clean and the people were nice. No complaints about the room or property.

They told us they had complimentary breakfast from 6am-10am when we checked in so when we went downstairs for breakfast the desk told us it wasn’t in our package. For the amount of $ staying at the hotel the least they could’ve done was comp us breakfast.

It was clean. Plenty of parking and close to a lot of other businesses like restaurants and stores! I wish I could have stayed longer it was homey feeling.

Very comfortable and clean! Cleanliness is very important especially during covid and having a 1 and 2 year old.

I wish there was a way to shut the air off. Kids noses ended up a little stuffy because it was either too hot or too cold. There was no way to keep the temperature comfortable so we kept having to turn it up and down which was a pain. Last wish there was a microwave so that I could heat up my kids food. Going down was a pain but overall I would stay again!!!
