The king suites were spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was fairly quiet considering it was on the first floor. I had reserved 2 rooms; we were close together and accommodations made for rolling shower when requested. The reception staff were professional friendly, and helpful.

Though the breakfast was very good, it was a bit expensive. When one of our orders was wrong, it was redone to our satisfaction. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Everyone was friendly. The place and rooms were clean. Many stores and restaurants nearby.

It didn't seem like they had room service because i didn't see a menu or see a number to call for room service. I think if we wanted to eat in the room we had to go downstairs order it and bring it up or bring in food from other nearby restaurants.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Room was nice and clean. Location was perfect for what we needed. Gym is beautiful

The only complaint, which to be fair we never got to tell the front desk staff because we were so busy and in and out. Our fridge in our room wasn't working at all. But like I said, I can't blame them because we didn't tell them. I am sure had we said something they would have fixed it.

the convenience and ease of the location. Situated very close to all kinds of local shops, eateries, and right off the main road.

Not a complaint, but we are looking forward to our next stay when renovations are complete.

The hotel is located near a busy street so there’s a lot of food and retail choices.

Part of the hotel is going through remodeling so there were some eye sores. Not really an issue, just an observation.

The place was clean and the people were nice. No complaints about the room or property.

They told us they had complimentary breakfast from 6am-10am when we checked in so when we went downstairs for breakfast the desk told us it wasn’t in our package. For the amount of $ staying at the hotel the least they could’ve done was comp us breakfast.

It was clean. Plenty of parking and close to a lot of other businesses like restaurants and stores! I wish I could have stayed longer it was homey feeling.

The cost of this hotel is pretty high and they're not a lot of amenities with it besides a small bar and a coffee station
