I liked every thing. The lil kiosk, the restaurant, the hot water and coffee station. The rooms are stunning and clean. AC doesn’t have moldy smell and the room is t damp smelling. Bathroom mirror perfection for doing makeup

The breakfast but not varied; it might be an idea just to add/replace one or two items per day. I stayed in this Hotel about 5 years ago and the variety was far more plentiful. The breakfast area was kept meticulously clean by the staff who were incredibly attentive and pleasant. The signage for the breakfast area could have been a bit brighter rather than black as it did not look at all inviting although the wording was spot on. The fresh melon every morning was absolutely lovely and I had fruit every morning; the coffee was beautiful and fresh; the plan bagels were lovely; a good variety of cereals was also available. The location is excellent and near to a number of shopping malls, restaurants and other shopping outlets. The staff were incredible. The free wifi was a fantastic bonus especially in these times when so many establishments try to cash in on this. The television in the room was brilliant; the choice of channels; the fact that it was SMART and I could link it to my android phone. The facilities in the room were amazing; coffee machine with all the pods you could wish for; iron and ironing board and a safe. The air conditioning was great and really effective. When booking I asked for a ground floor room which was given and it was perfect for myself and my mother, no complaints at all. What really impressed me was that this Hotel strives for excellence and in doing so means that they take the service and accommodation seriously and customer satisfaction is clearly a top priority. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to family and friends. I changed my choice of hotel at the last minute and I am soooo glad that I did!!! This Hotel has it all for a great break/holiday.

I did ask for a safety rubber bath mat for my mother and they didn't have these, perhaps it an American thing but I was a little surprised these were not available.

Property and rooms are clean. Staff is super friendly. Check-in was super simple. Parking is free. Refundable damage deposit is US$100. The location is perfect if you want to walk around. Lots of shopping and eating around the area. 2 minutes from the Carle Place Train Station to get into the city.

Only complaint was the creaky bathroom door. Woke everyone up in the night when someone went to use it. Nothing a little WD-40 can't fix.

Location was great relative to Eisenhower Park and the temporary T20 ICC Cricket World Cup stadium. Parking was easy and the staff was welcoming. We didn't have breakfast on site but there were also a few chain breakfast places on the same street if people wanted a more "to-go" experience. Room and bathroom were large and pleasant.

Very easy to find the hotel and there is a large parking lot in the back. The hotel is very clean and organized. We got a king bedroom. It was very spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms were well stocked with soaps, lotions, and towels. The bed was very comfortable! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

The hotel sits on a busy road, so be safe!

There was no water bottle in the room and when we ask for some at the time of checkout front desk told us it's only given at time of check in. Paying more then $300 this was not what we were accepting.

Minor issue - the shower head in our room had a very narrow stream. We tried to turn it to be able to get the full flow, but that did not work.

We were here for a funeral. We wanted a place close to the funeral home which this hotel was. Quiet and comforatble rooms with nice staff.

Nothing - was perfect for what we needed it for.
