Comfortable room, great shower, housekeeping staff very friendly. Bellman very helpful.

Very overpriced for what you get. Greeted by front desk with "name?" Instead of "hello!". Not a welcoming start. No free wi-fi in room unless you book through Marriot and are a rewards member!!! I couldn't believe that for a hotel charging more than $400 a night they don't include free wi-fi!!!! ( Only in the lobby!!! How inconvenient!!!)

The room was spacious and clean. There was plenty of desk/table space and the task light was excellent. The bathroom was well-lit with plenty of towels. I liked that the shower controls were away from the shower head, so you didn't get wet turning it on and adjusting the temperature. The overall look was modern and clean.

There was no room safe. The sheer curtains were outside the drapes, which was strange and it make it impossible to close the drapes without opening the sheers. I like a bright bedroom when I'm awake and although there were sconces, a floor lamp and a task light, the room always felt dark. Lastly, why do hotels insist on using duvets even in summer? I was too hot with it on and kept kicking it off.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The restaurant was good.

The mattress was way too soft for my needs. The floor plan was a bit confusing. I would have liked to have had rooms closer together with my family. Upon arrival, I was assigned a room that was already occupied!! The computer showed that the previous guests had checked out. I was quickly assigned another room.

There is no free breakfast. You have to a member of some club to get free breakfast which sucks because you pay so much and have to buy breakfast lunch and dinner. The Bistro was very overpriced. We found a steak place for much less than Bistro. Bistro was charging 54! for steak. We found down the block for 24! otherwise all is good with this hotel. No microwave or half kitchen here. No jacuzzi. they took it out .

We live in the area but had our floors done which put us out of the house for a couple of days. We decided on this hotel and were so glad we did. Not only was the hotel absolutely beautiful, clean and very well maintained... the staff was absolutely great and SO accommodating. They were willing to let us do a late check out- and then fit us in for another night last minute. We will definitely recommend this hotel to family coming into town!!

Pool could have been a little warmer. No other complaints though because it was a great stay.

Our room was a nice size and very clean. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. The facility is pretty inside. We didn't use the pool but it looked beautiful. The bathroom had a nice shower with plenty of hot water. We found a diner close by that served a very nice and less expensive breakfast. Even though the property is very large, it was very quiet in our room.

While the location is convenient, it is located between a number of highways so it isn't pedestrian friendly. It is a very large property so it may take a while to get to your unit.

I was wowed by the hotel's design, especially the cruise ship feel of it. The view from the room overlooking the pool was fun, and the room was spacious and had really nice and comfortable appointments. The staff was great, from the front desk to the pool attendant to the restaurant staff and the bellhop, who provided a fun and memorable ride on the cart for my great-nieces, we all loved that. I would highly recommend your hotel to everyone as it can accommodate anyone and provide a great time for all!

The staff was great. The hotel is beautiful and location is near major roadways. We had room service for breakfast. Arrived promptly and very good. Rooms were very comfortable. Great walk in shower. This will be my go to hotel when I come to Long Island.

Large and spacious room that was clean and well appointed. Staff friendly and attentative and visible at every entrance and exit. The check-in process was fast and I very much appreciated that. I had done a pre check in but needed key cards...if I said that to the concierge she might have even been quicker because she assumed I needed to do more than just show ID and get a card.

I didn't receive breakfast

The internet was horrible. Had problems accessing the 3 days we were there. Also the business computers for the hotel guests are outdated and you can't print out anything such as boarding passes meanwhile it says you can print our boarding passes here.
