The hotel is small but very charming, offering great value for money. It provides free breakfast on weekdays (not available on weekends), which is a nice touch. The location is excellent – just a 5-minute walk to the train station and about 18 minutes by train to Flushing and the US Open venue. The neighborhood also has plenty of Asian restaurants within walking distance. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would consider coming back again.

Since the building is next to the train, there was some noise regularly when the train passed by.

The hotel was decorated in a more American style than I remember, with clean and simple rooms, super-fast Wi-Fi, and awesome air conditioning. You can park your car here for a fee or find street parking nearby. It's only a 15-minute walk from the metro train station, so getting to Flushing and catching the US Open is really convenient. The breakfast is basic but fine. The staff is amicable and helpful. I would consider staying here again next time.

Great location. Appealing design/decor. Excellent shower (one of the best). Good size room with foyer/entryway. Quiet.

Maintenance/physical condition not great. Sofa bed arm was stained on the outside fabric and worn through on the arm. Sink faucet was VERY hard to turn (cold), suggesting overtightened to deal with a previous issue. No TV remote and one was not quickly available from the staff (had to go find one). Note: we've stayed here several times and usually, the rooms are perfectly fine. This was an anomaly.

Location for my trip was good. Staff were very nice and helpful generally.

Very tired, in desperate need of refurbishment. Noise from bathroom fanlight was excessive, fixtures rusty and need replacing. Paint peeling around bathtub. Bed comfortable but sheets didn’t tuck in. There’s no handle on the outside of the door to the balcony, just odd. My coffee machine didn’t work and after I had reported this it took 2 days to fix.

The morning coffee was fresh and staff was friendly. Room was clean and excellent location. Loved the lobby and bar area, had lots of options. Location was incredibly quiet and I felt safe.

Furniture in room was a bit run down. The wall socket in bathrrom only 1 outlet and only 1 plug worked.

I would like to mention Felix the bell person… super super nice and helpful … and Paul at front desk… he gets things done! also housekeeping is lovely and clean! I did encounter a few little not- so-good-things… my sink in the bathroom was slow to drain and was not fixed although mentioning it several times… the sofa in my room was old and not clean looking … needs to be replaced… the sheets are scratchy not soft . they do include a free breakfast on weekdays…. which is a nice surprise… but it’s not great just very very basic and staff allocated to help with breakfast seem overworked and harried… plus the breakfast room itself doesn’t get cleaned up after patrons have eaten and leave… so it’s hard to even find a clean table…

staff is lovely for the most part… Felix and Paul are great… housekeeping cleans well and are very nice! rooms are good size and location is good!

The rooms were clean. The beds were comfy. Meals were good but a bit overpriced.

Closet were on the small size, considering we couldn't hang any gowns in them. We had to use the shower bar to hang up the floor length gowns, inclusive of the bridal gown. Requested a rack to hang the gowns on but didn't receive.

The location, nice hotel, most of the staff were nice, let extend check out with no additional fee

The heating didn't work well, we told the staff several times and nothing was done about it. Part of the stuff in the front desk were not very helfull

the train noise was bugging me because I'm a light sleeper, but I asked the receptionist, and they were super nice about moving me. They couldn't do it that day, but they got me a new room the next day, even though checking in took a little longer.

The free breakfast was just ok. We purchased breakfast on a Saturday morning and it was generous and tasty.

The breakfast buffet was sparse and the eating area wasn’t as clean as it should have been. The other guests were super loud. It wasn’t pleasant. So we only went there one other time.
