The rooms are clean, it was nice it not had a bunch of people running around very pleasant I like the fact that there is any apartment however you're not like the fact that they have cars parked in the handicap that day that wasn't supposed to be there and it was a van that stayed in the handicap parking

The night staff was excellent however the daytime staff maybe they have at the desk is rude obnoxious unaccommodating doesn't understand just miserable doesn't smile you ask a question and she has an attitude. She should not work there she needs to find a job where she does not interact with people

Clean & comfortable

No coffee machine in room or on the premises. Also the property is advertised as a ubs arena place to stay. The hotel is very close to the arena, within walking distance...however there is no direct route to walk to the arena due to it being on the otherside of the interstate. So we ended up spending $50 on an uber.

How modern the room was and it was close to amenities.

When we booked in and went to pay with our Credit Card they asked us for our PIN! That (PIN) is a Personal Identification Number and it is not to be shared with ANYONE!!!!!!! she wouldn’t even allow us to go in behind the desk to enter the PIN #! We ended up paying in cash! That is completely unacceptable not to mention unethical!!!! Very frustrating!!! something needs to be done about that!!!

The hotel was recently remodeled. It offered free parking and was in a very convenient location to access the free shuttle bus to and from the UBS arena which saved us parking fees and the hassle of locating our car and driving in bumper to bumper traffic after the event. We walked to Queens Village LIRR station to board the shuttle bus at 5pm and the doors to UBS opened at 5:30pm for a 7:30pm Concert. The Concert ended at 10:30pm and the bus driver showed us the clearly marked shuttle location for pick up after the event and stated that multiple busses would run until 11:30pm. It could not have gone more smoothly. UBS website has maps of the shuttle locations. Their busses are clean and comfortable. Plenty of places to get food within walking distance of this hotel but we chose to have Uber Eats deliver to the hotel since we had been traveling 5 hours. We arrived earlier than our expected checkin but paid a $50 fee to checkin 3 hours early. Very nice staff were helpful at check in. We were surprised at having a 75” TV in the room and a good sized mini fridge to use. Bed was comfortable and shower was great.

The hotel is not fancy. It is not a resort. I would not stay here for a vacation but it was clean and comfortable for a one night stay and super convenient for the purpose of our trip which was to attend an event at UBS arena.

The room was clean & comfortable. The bathroom was also good.

I didn't like the communal microwave.

The location was very great. The bus and train station were very convient.

The rooms need personal microwave, we had to use the one they had provided in the hall.

The price was good, paid 1200$ for 6 nights, in Manhattan I would pay over 2000$, also staff was friendly Was well equipped gaint TV and comfortable big bed, grocery Store is also just a 5min walk, and the Bus Station is in Front of the hotel

Location isnt the best but also not the worst, we needed 1 hour with Q36 and F Train to Manhattan, there is also the Long Island Train which Takes you directly to Manhattan in 30min but the Metro Card doesnt work for that so you will pay around 10-11$ per Person Also the remote of the TV didnt worked

The day receptionist was very helpful and pleasant.

Night receptionists need to be more pleasant talking to customers.

Our stay was for one night as we were in town for a funeral/viewing. We requested an early check in and thankfully they were able to accommodate our request. We were able to rest up a bit and get ready without rushing to get to the services on time. So thank you!

Heavy smell of cigarettes or recreational drug smoking once you entered the hallway. Thankfully did not permeate into the room. But had to walk past it to get to our room.

Great comfy room for solo traveler or a couple. The interior was impressive, and even my friends and family were surprised when I did a room tour for them. The exterior and surrounding area may appear questionable to some travelers. Just keep that in mind. There is also heat and ac in the room. I appreciated the free parking lot, as a driver from out of state. I was looking for a hotel stay that offered a decent private lot and looked secured enough. The hotel isn't responsible for your vehicle and property stored in vehicle, so be mindful of that. The parking was easy, and the hotel was easy to locate using GPS. I was surprised by the cleanliness and the modern look of the small place. It was very nice as I was traveling solo, and didn't expect much but just to be close to my event-location. I loved the shower-head and large mirror they had in the room. There's a lamp by the bed, and it has wall outlet for like 3 plugs, which was great for charging while in bed. There was also a hairdryer, and decent size mini fridge for any water you might have, and large flat screen tv. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were cool and spoke English. I would consider staying here again! The location to the arena was superb, and it was easy for me to access the expressway as a driver.

No early check ins. No restroom in lobby. No microwave. The blankets are thin sheets, so you might want to pack another if you get cold easily. During event nights, ride-share and cabs refused to accept my ride requests because it wouldn't be profitable coming from somewhere under a mile away - which was the UBS Arena. So, be mindful when booking, you will have to wait until the rideshare surge ends after a sporting event or concert. I was in the cold for over an hour surpassing midnight and had to use an unmarked cab service before my phone died. I tried 3 different apps for over an hour and couldn't get a ride back until after midnight in 20 degrees weather. This isn't the hotel's fault, but it's the location of the hotel which can be a factor for travelers looking to book for events.
