Breakfast included, front desk friendly, clean and comfortable rooms, always new towels. Near bus stops, but we like to walk and found restaurants, bodegas, parks. Warm room, hot water on shower. Snacks and drinks available for purchase at the front desk. Coffee, hot chocolate and tea available 24/7 at the lobby.

Not enough tables for breakfast and this time only one juice flavor and it was out before breakfast was over, we couldn't found some one to replenish or to ask for something else. We've been here before and this time there was a few kids running and yelling around the rooms, is not the hotel fault but is something that we didn't like while we sleep...but definitely we will come back.This time we got a lower level room and you can hear cars passing by, but not much traffic during the night hours.

Love the breakfast included (hot and cold cereal, eggs, bacon or sausage, pancakes, bagels, croissants, yogurt, fruits, juices, coffee), love the cleanliness of the lobby and room. The room was big (we got the handicapped room) at the front of the hotel. Easy access to the bus. The front desk employees are very friendly. It has snacks for sale at the lobby for midnight cravings. The room has a coffee maker, microwave, safety lock, iron, hair blower, and hot/cold water. The room didn't smell, they clean the room daily. Busy street, but the noise was minimal.

I didn't like the bed, the mattress make noises when we move, and has holes that make my back hurts.

The breakfast was really good. I appreciate that there were many options which made it very filling. I also liked how close the location was to the subway and the bus stop which made our commuting experience run smoothly. Our room was big, spacious with good lighting and a comfortable bed plus there was a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. The hotel was good value for what we paid for.

I didn't like that you had to book a day in advance to have your room cleaned.

I think it was worth it's money. The room was spacious and had everything we needed like hair dryer and iron. Breakfast was ok, there was both warm food, bagels, yogurt. Take in mind that there was about 1 hour to any destination in Manhattan by metro, but subway was just 3 minutes away.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean and provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was exceptionally welcoming. The breakfast was standard for a 3-star hotel, with a good selection of fresh options to start the day. Overall, the hotel offers great value for the price. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay, I highly recommend it!

I really liked the style of the hotel room. It was very clean and comfortable! The bed was really comfy and cozy for me to have a good rest. I also like how I had a tv so I can watch my favorite tv show friends. The breakfast was really good and I loved to have my coffee, this made my experience really spectacular! Also I love the fact that I had easy access to the train station.

Actually I like everything about the hotel no complains at all.

The hotel is at a good location in Brooklyn, close to the metro and also close to nice places like Coney Island. The rooms are large and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

My room was with a neat view, but a bit noisy during the nighttime (but only due to traffic on the streets, not from within the hotel). The breakfast space is a bit "limited", as are the choices on the breakfast buffet.

Breakfast was very good and location is very near the subway, so easy to get around. The housekeeping staff was also very friendly and looked after our room very well during a week-long stay.

Been to a Holiday Inn Express before so it met my expectations. Bonus for having Equal Sugar in the drink area instead of just Spleda Sugar, which I dislike. Will come again since it's easy to get to by MTA transit.

The effort to get to hotel. Not their fault, there was problems with MTA trains so I couldn't used my planned route.

The Beds were very comfortable. Room was cleaned daily. Breakfasts was ok What good to start but some days was missing a few things but did cater for all. Very close to train station
