We loved the service of the staff and the quality of the rooms for the price. The two young women who checked us in were so friendly and fun. We really appreciated their kindness. We were pleasantly surprised by the level of attention to detail in the rooms for what we consider a bit of a 'budget' hotel for NYC. Little touches like two shower heads, complimentary toothbrushes, various pillows, modern decor, beautiful lighting, comfy beds, all of the things that add to a great stay.

The noise from the street was loud during the day, but at night it was surprisingly quiet.

Reception were available and helpful, room service was helpful and pretty quick. There is a launderette a short walk. There is an amazing burrito place "Tacobee", accessible via Uber eats. So healthy and generous portions.

I had an issue with the heater on the first night. I pushed + to get high temp cos it was a bit cold. And it smelt a bit so I unplugged it. After that reception told me what to choose on it. Choose heat and that's it. Subsequent days I did that. Much better. It's not quiet but I could unplug it if it was annoying. I'd have liked it if they gave a discount if booking multiple days on a row but booking one day at a time. They could give out a "do not disturb" hanger on the door that so the cleaner doesn't knock. Cos if I booked another day there isn't such a need for a knock. If I don't want a clean. Or if I don't want a clean in the afternoon. Just an idea. But I liked it.

Beautiful rooms. Spacious especially compared to most New York hotels. Love the decor. And the (first come/first serve) parking is a great plus. Beds are comfortable. Do not hear other people in their rooms. Close to metro as well. Very little staff but always very helpful :)

Just had one small problem where the toilet started running but there was no one onsite to fix it. Had to get a good nights sleep :/ However, I’ve stayed here about 4x and this has been the only issue I’ve ever had.

Room Size and cleanliness. Bathroom size and cleanliness. Free wifi. Mini Fridge. Blackout Blinds. Central location in Brooklyn. Close to 9th Street subway station. AC. Computer facility. Microwave available downstairs. Friendly and helpful staff. Daily room housekeeping. Late checkout was available. Reception looked after our luggage on the last day while we went out and returned later to go to the airport.

Noisy AC. Shower filled with water and drained slowly. View from out room was now blocked on the right hand side by a newly built high rise building.

A HUGE plus is that they hotel has a small parking lot right in front. If there is space available, you can park your car for FREE - which I did. Location is also terrific and close to restaurants and shops. The bed was comfortable and the modern styling of the room is attractive. Glad that there was not old wall-to-wall carpeting.

The elevators are accessible to any person who walks in to the lobby. While the sign in the elevator says that a room key is required to access the upper floors, this was not the case. I would have appreciated this extra layer of security (even though nothing happened.). There are no amenities except a coffee machine in the room. A great place to sleep!

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very professional and friendly. We asked for extra towels, coffee, and conditioner and they brought these items to our room very quickly. I love that every room has a fridge, too. The parking lot is very small, but we had no issues getting a spot for the night. We checked in early in the day though, so that might have been why it was easier to secure a spot. I chose this particular hotel because it was really close to the F train, and I am so glad I did. The station is only about 2 blocks away and even as a single woman taking the train back to Brooklyn from Manhattan later in the evening, I felt perfectly safe. I also love the neighborhood. Just one block away is a great strip of cute shops and restaurants.

Most hotels ask for a card to keep on file for incidentals, but this hotel puts a $100 hold on your card, which was quite a surprise (it was in the small print but I overlooked it). My child and I were looking for a short getaway on a shoestring budget and that $100 cut into our plans significantly. Shame on me for not noticing that in advance—lesson learned. Regardless, I would stay here again.

They have free parking (first come/first serve). They have limited spaces (which I was told), but there were several spaces available, so the chances seem good if you drive there. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Front staff very nice. Price was good, neighborhood very nice. Lots of great places to eat within a couple of blocks.

The A/C & Heat unit was located on one side at the head of the bed. I didn't mind it, but it did blow air on your upper body, and no way to point it somewhere else. Don't know if all rooms were like that, or just this one. Not a dealbreaker for me.

Normal, but don't expect much. There are better places in better location for the paid price. 5 mins to the subway but not nice surroundings for me, however didn't feel insecure

Booked a room with terrace, however there was a tiny balcony with no chairs and table in it, just one chair in the room. There was no terrace so no need to call it a "room with terrace". The terrace was the only reason I booked this hotel. Disappointed

The shower! The balcony! The spaciousness! The staff! Nearness to subway!

Bed was so hard in spots i was pained in the morning. Literally the only complaint. OH! And the doors to the rooms are hard to close consistently. I came back to my room door open 2 times. I know it was because I didn’t close the door hard enough/carefully, and nothing was awry, but It was alarming….

I loved the blue decor, the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was polite and helpful, the shower was spacious and hot. I didn't get to spend a lot of time on the terrace but I received my deposit back 4 hours after checking out, great experience can't wait to book again.

No complaints.
