Near metro, but quite long time take to the city. Around 40min. Recommend to pay extra for the Liberty view. Good that you have breakfast. Friendly and helpfull staff.

Every day same breakfast, but it was good. Something could change if you stay many nights. Really small rooms and bed is quite small for two. If you turn heater on, there comes smell like mud. But if you travel nice weather you don’t need that and it was good that you get Windows little bit open. Not expensive area. You eat in restaurant 1/3 price than in Manhattan etc. You can feel safe because police station is next building.

Rooms were clean and breakfast was good. The subway is just a few minutes away so it's well connected.The personnel is ready to help and very kind. The cleaning staff does a great job.

The rooms are a little bit small especially if you have large suitcases . In case you have regular size suitcases (below 23 kg ) then you can use the space under the bed. The hotel isn't responsible for the neighborhood, which isn't a particularly nice one, but police station is right in front of the hotel.

I really enjoyed the view and the convenient location of the hotel. It is close to the subway and there are grocery stores nearby, which was very practical. The staff was very accommodating — Mr. Adam was especially kind and always willing to help. The breakfast was also nice, with a good variety to choose from. The hotel was clean, and whenever we needed housekeeping, it was enough to just place the sign on the door. Being able to leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out was also a great benefit.

The only minor downside was that the windows didn’t block the street noise very well, so you could hear some sounds from outside. However, it was nothing too disturbing and we were still able to sleep comfortably.

The hotel is 6min walk to the metro station. It takes around 30min to get to Downtown Manhattan by metro. The hotel is clean, staff is friendly. Breakfast included. Many nice cafes around where one could enjoy delicious meal.

The room is small. Fortunately there is space under the bed to store your suitcases, otherwise there will be no place to walk. Breakfast could be better. No fresh vegetables, no ham, no cheese, only black tea available in the teabags. The hotel is using reusable plastic, so you have to eat from plastic plates and drink from plastic cups. I have almost burned myself twice while trying to prepare tea for me in the plastic cup. One time the cup was cracked and the second time it was leaking. It would be so much better if the hotel used normal ceramic dishes and not plastic ones.

The place is good for exploring NYC, you will be out all the time. The breakfast is good, not very varied, but it helps you start the day. It's a few blocks from the subway, and the surroundings aren't pretty, but they're safe. There's a police station nearby. A special mention to Aadi, who helped us with information and warmly welcomed Chileans, as he has lived here and speaks perfect Spanish. The clean bathrooms and shower worked well, with a good temperature and pressure.

The beds were a good size, but the mattresses were uncomfortable; they needed replacing and were too soft in the middle.

Nice hotel well placed in Brooklyn , very easy to use the Subway at the 25th or 36th (with the Express) . The hotel is very clean and it is very appreciable espacially in NY where it is often an issue The area is also safe "for the travellers and famillies" , you are located not sor far from INDUSTRY CITY ( Food market place) and some local supermarket not so expensive. To discover BK , it is the perfect place for sure

This is a problem now in NY Globally but it smells most of the time the weed ( some people some on the window) and if you are at the last floor , you have all the smell . Pb be more strict on that point in the hotel.

The hotel was comfortable, clean and satisfactory. They provide a free breakfast and I was pleasantly surprised by the offering every day - fresh and well-rounded with many options. Rooms are kind of bare bones - not a whole lotta of special touches, but the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice and big. There is nowhere to sit but you're bed - and the in-room desk has one chair that's too low, so it was impossible to work from there and I ended up working on my bed. Not ideal for a remote working. Especially loved the toto bidet - lovely. I would recommend the hotel, but it IS far from NYC if you're coming in to go to NY every day. Subway is a decent walk away, and there are not a lot of eating options close by, BUT a 15-minute walk in either direction solves for that. I would stay here again, if I was looking for a great deal. If I had more money to spend, I'd stay closer to the city. I'm a native NYer and know Brooklyn well (stayed because I was with a friend from EU and we needed space.)

Location is a bit far from NYC and requires trains or $$ cabs. Not easy to move in/out with luggage unless you're in a taxi.

The room was nice, TV with a good size and two nice beds. It was a bit smaller but normal for New York standards. The bathroom was large with a good shower and some amenities such as soap, shampoo, and shower gel. The breakfast was good, better than the traditional American continental breakfast, with different options for different taste. It was good enough to hold you well for a late lunch. The staff was polite and always willing to help, and the cleanliness called my attention. Every time there was someone cleaning the hotel, especially during the breakfast. It is quite important when we are talking about a city that is famous for having rats around.

The location is not so nice. It is in Brooklyn but a bit far away from Manhattan. Hotel is two blocks from the 25st Subway station, but even so one takes at least 30 minutes to reach Manhattan. It is old subway line, runs slow sometimes, and may take 10+ minutes from last Brooklyn station to first one on Manhattan side. The area is also not very pleasant, many factories, mechanics, old establishments around, quite dark at night, may make one feel insecure. However, nothing happened to me and if it helps the Brooklyn police station is right across the hotel.

Good breakfast, not super fancy but we ate out most of the time anyway. Staff were friendly and helpful. Really good to be able to leave cases after check out - much better than carrying them around with us on final day of holiday :-) Room was really comfortable. Powerful shower and electric toilet!! Subway was 5 mins walk. Easy. Great views! Lucky to have stayed on the top floor end room so had views of both statue of liberty to the NW and manhattan skyline to the NE.

The gym was quite basic - would have liked more equipment but good to even have one at all.
