front desk was excellent in his service and very Hospitable.

room was clean, except my window was broken which is a safety hazard, thankfully we didn't travel with little children. there are only 2 tiny parking spaces where a SUV would barely fit. parking is almost nonexistent. got a parking ticket of $115.00 due to lack of parking. while checking in, I parked in the handicap space and another guest squeezes past my car scraping my passenger side mirror.

The bed was comfortable

The TV is small some of the channels work some of the channels you just hear the movie don’t see the picture. There’s no refrigerator. They customer service needs to be a little bit better.

Really easy to get checked in and find our room, and get out and about to the city.

The room was cramped with two double beds, but all things considered, about what we expected to get, so not that bad.

Convenient location. We had a big van and we couldn’t park inside the parking lot but the owner I believe accommodated us.

The AC did not blow cold air, not enough space in rooms.

Big Fluffy Pillows, the mini fridge was great. Plenty of outlets for all necessary devices. Only half a block from the Bus stop. Quite a few great restaurants close by. And they were perfectly willing to store my luggage.

The Bag breakfast with stale muffins and warm juice wasn't very enticing. No swimming pool or hot tub.

For New York, great value! Close to subway, staff very accommodating. Room a little small, but clean and renovated.

Parking--it is cramped, but again New York--parking is in short (and expensive) supply. Staff made very good efforts to juggle it.

for the first time, I had an experience when the hotel was not 4-5 stars, but the service was at the highest level. Thank you for your great job!!! I will come back next time and will recommend for my friends 😊

I like the friendly and helpful staff. I actually go there because I love how the staff treats me and my family.
