Breakfast was really good. Location was great for what we needed. Expensive but heck- it’s Long Island in the summer. Convenient to thruways

Attendant in breakfast area was rude to everyone (small woman probably in her 50s, like me. Hovering to scold people). But other staff was great. Weird guy hanging out in parking lot for at least 24 hrs

They have a nice breakfast and they offer coffee and hot cocoa and tea after breakfast is over. If you have a pet,they can stay with you in the room. The first day they had popped fresh made popcorn, it was delicious!

I wish they would have the Disney Channel since my sister 💘 this Channel??

Breakfast was fine. Room was comfortable and had nice amenities. Lobby was very plain but the premises were clean and well kept.

There was no outlet on the nightstands to charge cell phones overnight. It's nice to have them by the bedside rather than across the room.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet.

I had reserved a 2 bedroom suite and I do understand there was a problem so we were given 2 adjoining rooms; the layout was smaller than the suite. I had reserved it for a family get-together.

There were only about 4 tiny packets of salt and pepper in the kitchen I would say bed is comfortable but not the greatest. I just find myself sinking sometimes. I just prefer a little bit firmer mattress. it did not give me any aches or discomfort though

The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly. They allowed us to check in early which is always nice! The location is good, lots of stores around. Walmart is right next door and lots of places to eat across the street. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good, don’t expect a full hot breakfast as the space is small but the spinach quiche was delish. A few hot items and lots of other choices. Not bad at all.

The only criticism concerns the bed. A firmer mattress is warranted. Other than that, no complaints.

It was never the same thing, always something new. We were able to cook some meals Ourselves which gave us more freedom.

It would be nice to have one more bed?

Everybody (especially Collins) was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and of good variety. Thank you!

Suite was perfect - roomy, full kitchen. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly (front desk, housekeeping, kitchen).

We prefer stairs to elevator and carpet on one of the stairs was a little frayed, which could be a trip hazard. Otherwise, everything was great.
