I travel extensively. This hotel had the most comfortable bed and pillows I have experienced so far (my room was also spacious). It had an excellent breakfast buffet on a terrace, where you could see New York City at a distance (picture enclosed). The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel had two excellent restaurants: The Fish Village and The Buffet, both amazing, It also had a karaoke bar, although I did not visit it. I could tell it was an exceptionally well-run establishment. It also had a laundromat in the basement, and an exercise room. On my way out I was going to call a taxi, but the hotel gave me a lift to La Guardia Airport. By the way, when I got in, very late in the evening, the staff person gave me a pastry as a little gift. That meant a lot to me. The hotel also had an excellent coffee machine. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York City. Thank you, Booking.com! You have never disappointed me!

Everything was wonderful. It could not have been any better.

Really nice boutique hotel in LGA area. Stylish and with really well made rooms. Prices may vary from time to time, but for 1 night paying (taxes included) around 150$ in this area, is correct. My room was really silent, well cleaned and comfy bed. Washroom with a nice walk-in shower, big mirror and proper lighting.

Definitively the breakfast. It was not bad, but nodoby was there (just me and my colleague) and it took something like 20 mins to have my omelette served. Plus, 15 mins to have a black coffee. The view from the breakfast room is great, but it was so cold there. My colleague had some eggs with with bacon, and he said the bacon was not good at all. So I suggest to improve the quality and the service there, although the gentleman that served us was definitively very kind and professional.

Friendly and professional staff at desk/reception

I told cleaning crew to please do my room and didn't. The older lady kept saying that she didn't have that room and she was gonna ask the other lady but never saw her again. Then the second day I spoke to a younger lady who finally did my room. I understand they have a schedule but I asked her, please just give me an answer Yes or No it's simple. Anyways, everything else was great.

Good overnight hotel for travelers with layovers via LGA. Front desk staff were lovely, and they had pretty good drinks and snacks in the lobby to buy. Also a staffed bar in the evenings. The rooms are on the smaller sidel, but everything is brand new and super clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the flooring is a nice wood laminate rather than carpet, so much better for guests with allergies. They have a great rooftop view of the city, and the breakfast options were good. Free airport shuttle is about 15-30 minutes depending on traffic.

There's an Asian buffet in the same building, but no other retail or dining options, so you have to Door Dash other fare. I do think the hotel is working on expanding its rooftop restaurant beyond breakfast. Also, to my knowledge, not walking distance to train or subway. They do have convenient on-site parking, possibly at a charge. I didn't have a car, so I didn't ask. I would stay here again for the comfortable beds and good breakfast options.

Well, as I mentioned to Douglas, Brooklyn and Lamar. The overall experience was very good. Just would have liked to see a microwave on each floor. Being in the lobby as guests are checking in, it's embarrassing that there is no place to put your food down of you are warming food for two except for that little space on your upper desk. It is quite a ride from the JFK airport, but we were glad we booked a rental car and drove there after our transatlantic flight.

Booking says the hotel offers breakfast for 5 Dollars, that is not correct. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast at all. We kind of booked the hotel because of the breakfast and were really disappointed. On the roof top floor there is an external restaurant and the food is really good but it doesn't belong to the hotel and is a little pricy. Also the hotel is an IHG hotel and it doesn't say in booking. They didn't accept my member ship card and I didn't get points. The shower is very very slippery!

We felt welcomed from the moment we stepped into the hotel. Leroy was very accommodating and went out of his way to help us! The lobby was modern and very clean. We didn’t use the bar, but it was very inviting with a very friendly staff. We were very surprised to have filtered water machine and maintained ice maker on our floor. The room was tastefully designed, very clean, also a big plus on automatic blinds! The bathroom was spotless! Coffee pods were also a big plus! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Hotel is very convenient to LGA and has a free shuttle which is extremely helpful when your flight has been cancelled and you unexpectedly need to find a hotel. The staff was patient and courteous with the line of frustrated travelers. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

Hotel shares the elevator with adjoining property. Elevator sign said lobby was on 2nd floor but the button to push is H2. Signage within the building for the hotel could be clearer.

I stayed at the voco Fiorello after my flight got cancelled at JFK and I got a new flight in Queens. Close to LaGuardia Airport, but also phenomenal service and a beautiful hotel. They’re only about 2 weeks old but I forsee good things for this hotel. Clean, very friendly staff, luxury rooms and services from the decor & beautiful high ceilings making the space airy, to the in room coffee/water, no detail was missed here. The price per night was worth it based on my experience (paid $270/USD for a Monday night). Highly recommended.

Very clean, modern, and aesthetically pleasing decor. Bed was comfortable, room had mini fridge and complimentary bottles of water. Staff was friendly and helpful—Douglas was exceptionally helpful and personable! We enjoyed breakfast on the rooftop with nice view of the Manhattan skyline.
