Nice quiet room. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast and dinner options onsite.

We specifically called the hotel before booking to check for hard wired internet connection (secured as needed to work) and it was confirmed. Though the question sent over messenger was not answered. On arrival, the room we got did not have one. Next room had the outlet, but it was not live. The third room finally had it. The same repeated on our second stay three days later. Despite we were promised to get the same room (with working outlet), it was not available. Finally, it worked out, but 5 rooms change (for 2 stays) without certainty. The staff was very accommodating and willing to resolve the situation. Still, it is a bit of hassles for "business center" - NO SECURE Wi-Fi and sporadic rooms with hard-wired (secure) internet outlets.

Gorgeous and clean and comfortable

The card key battery failed to get back into the room and we were in a rush, however, after two trips to the front desk, the very nice and apologetic staff member came to our rescue to open the door so we could get our belongings to check out. Also, they must have been short handed when we stayed . We needed a quick breakfast because of an interview in the morning and there was no staff in the breakfast area. We had to leave the dining area and grab breakfast near our interview location.

The gentlemen at the front desk was so kind to my daughter and me. We traveled to Norwalk to attend the funeral for a beloved young woman. The gentlemen who checked me in and out of the hotel was very compassionate and helpful. Our hearts were broken, and he was sensitive to our reason for being in Norwalk. Unfortunately, I did not ask his name. I am hoping you can look at your records for March 4 - March 5 to find the gentleman's name. He was an angel.

The room was a good size. The bed was a little soft for my liking but comfortable. I really liked that the room used a mini-split for AC. So much quieter than the large units most rooms use. I had noticed that neither of the two outlets on the bedside lamp worked. I informed the front desk when I had to go out. When I got back to my room, maintenance had come in and replaced the lamp with one that had working outlets.

I thought the entrance to the bathroom was on the narrow side and, as a larger person, the "throne" area was uncomfortably narrow. The sink counter could easily be a few inches smaller.

The Inn was lovely. The location was second to none. While I was at the corporate conference that was held in the meeting rooms, my wife took a beautiful stroll down the street. She was able to go to the beach within minutes. She was able to go to world famous supermarket. She visited a church. The hotel rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The acreage on the property was very beautiful and Victorian. The experience was a delightful departure from the cookie cutter franchises. This hotels’ restaurant food was amazing also. A must stay.

Great location for what I needed. Check-in at any hour. Good sized TV & good sized bath tub. Very nice toiletries provided. Convenient amenities like microwave and small refrigerator in room.

The heat wasn’t on in the room when I got in at 11pm (it’s winter). I had to blast it in order for the room to heat up sooner than later. The pillows on the bed were not appropriate for a king sized bed, too small.

Our party guests enjoyed the food and the location. Our server Martha was very helpful and patient with us and explained the menu in great detail. The fish and steaks were prepared to everyone’s liking. Beautiful dinning room with a gorgeous fireplace. Since we stayed at the hotel we circled back the next morning. We had a really pleasant host and delicious breakfast. Great view, clean, friendly staff. Definitely a hidden gem!

The beds were a little too soft and didn’t feel very supportive. Not a major inconvenience but our room didn’t have a phone to call for room service. We used our cell phones. The rooms were very clean and made it easy to relax.

Clean, comfortable, easy access, great location. We loved our room.

I am STILL waiting for a call back, email about the one night refund due to a early checkout for a family emergency. I have sent 3 emails to the reservation department, no response. I contacted the front desk and was told the manager of reservations called me, I did not receive a missed call or voice mail. Was told she would be calling me that day/evening, no phone call. I was told she was going to reverse the charges, but no confirmation email. Very disappointed on how this is being handled.

Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Booking.com listing says complimentary water but there was none. I called downstairs and was told they do not provide water. I had to go down to the first floor to find the vending machine. The room could also use a full length mirror. I was told that the hotel bar stayed open until 1 am. When I got back from my event at 11:15, looking forward to a night cap (I was traveling alone and was hoping to find some friendly guests to chat with) the bar was closed. It was a Saturday night.

Exceptional room, so comfortable and convenient. Our corporate space was at the Inn also and sleeping over was the best decision the company. There was full breakfast, lunch and dinner with drinks. The salt water pool was a delight. A very happening place Highly recommended for business and social. It was a perfect blend.
