Great location and the lobby is gorgeous! I was greeted right away and the receptionist was very polite. Convenient attached parking garage for just $10/day. Our room was clean and the bedding/pillows were extremely comfortable. Basic tub and shower with lots of products to use.

I wasn't able to keep the AC fan on continuously, so it would shut off and on throughout the night on an auto setting. Not a huge deal- I just like to sleep in a colder room. Also, housekeeping came in at 8:30am when we were still sleeping in bed so that was awkward, and I wish they were more mindful of their noise level so early in the morning.

Staff was very helpful in solving housekeeping problems; needed a new Keurig because first was broken, needed more towels etc. Indoor pool was amazing... about 90 degrees. There was a sauna also. Parking was only $10. Very reasonable.

There was a restaurant attached , but it was Israeli cuisine, and not what we had in mind. There was an I hop across the street though. Other restaurants in the vicinity, but the streets were not very walkable as there were no crosswalks. The property was too spacious, as it is for conferences so I felt I was constantly walking around to reach the front desk, the gym, parking, and the pool. Lay out was strange as it was a conference center.

Hotel public areas are fabulous. Majestic actually. Huge lobby and atrium. Beautiful. Parking garage was fine. We had an "Executive Suite" which was 2 rooms, with kitchenette in one of the rooms. Nice layout. Beds were very comfortable. A few annoying things that really should be easy to fix - 1) Strangely, our bathroom had no towel bars or hooks. Easy to fix. 2) Floor was sticky - someone should have noticed that. 3) Our toilet seat was very loose and not comfortable to sit on. Again, easy to fix. Our impression was that this could be a super experience to stay here if only all the simple maintenance things were addressed.

This is my second time staying here, and it was better than the first. The property is gorgeous, and it's never been too crowded the last 2 times I stayed. When I arrived this time, it looked like they were just cleaning up after a convention, so it was a bit messy. However, they let me check in early so no worries. The 2 nights previously I'd stayed at the Hilton in Stamford because of its walkable distance to the train station, but overall this place is so much better. The other hotel has an overpriced "store" that closes well before it should, while this place has clearly marked vending machines and ice machines all over. Also, this hotel has a pool, jacuzzi, and sauna, which was wonderful for relaxation.

These aren't really complaints - I enjoyed my stay. Just ways to improve. I was the only other guest I saw at the hotel that I *saw* and I move around a lot (use the gym, pool, go outside to vape bc I respect the rules), and my room was pretty far away from everything, same as last time. Also, the restaurant (which isn't part of the hotel) closes so early. I got in a bit late, and chose jacuzzi over restaurant and got DoorDash. They close at 8. I would have gotten breakfast the next morning, but they don't provide room service until 10 am. Like most things within the hotel, getting to the restaurant is a long walk, so I waited til I got to the train station.

I like the Location, it was 5 minutes away from my mom house and 5 to 7 minutes away from restaurants and shopping stores

I didn’t like that I did not got a full service. My room with the 2 full beds was only clean one time. I was there 4 nights, I was out of clean towels and everything else. I told the front desk and they told me to speak to the manager that they didn’t know why that happened. But I have to cash a flight I have to go 🥺

I left yesterday and my stay was wonderful. The staff was understanding and smooth in dealing and the speed of check-in. I remember all of ((Nelette)), ((Brian)), ((Erlene)) and ((and another whose name I do not remember. She was friendly and her smile preceded her and she was short in stature. They were all excellent and the security staff were cooperative and worked Seriously, the location wins, the services are very close, and the Downtown is very close.. and I will return in the coming days. A hotel that makes you feel like you own the place alone.. Thank you ((Armon))💐💐💐👍

My observation concerns the cleaning lady on the fourth floor in charge of rooms 414, 408, etc., a brunette, who is uncooperative and lacks good behavior!!!!?

The room was wonderful, the bathroom was clean and fully equipped, and the bed was comfortable. However, the cleaning staff of the wing needed to be more knowledgeable, but the security staff was available when needed. Add to the reception staff, they are more understanding and fast in registering and in the crew, especially (Nilti). )) and ((Bryan)) Cano is knowledgeable and easy to deal with. As for the hotel, in general, the location is wonderful, and the services are excellent. It is close to barber shops, gas stations, and shopping malls, 8 minutes away by car. There is a shopping mall 4 minutes away by foot....💐

La..thing to remember...

Room was clean, very comfortable.

The hot water took more than 5 minutes running to come to 'warm.' We stayed over a Thursday night and discovered that the restaurant was completely closed on Fridays. Somewhere it should be noted before making the reservation. Maybe a note saying that they observe orthodox Jewish customs. That still wouldn't indicate that there would be no food on Friday morning.

Great hotel with a great layout. The main lobby are were clean and well kept and the rooms were clean also. The gentleman who checked me in was very polite and helped me figure out parking as my vehicle was to tall for the regular parking garage and the oversized vehicle lot was full.

the oversized vehicle lot was full so I had to park in the loading dock. Not a big deal and it's a champagne problem but I was happy to not have to pay for parking.

This is my 2nd or 3rd stay at The Armon. I come back because of the value, location, and quality.

The person who checked me in at 9:30 p.m. was almost non-verbal. He seemed bothered when I asked him to remind me where to find the elevators. No smile, no facial expression, no greeting, no "Welcome to The Armon, can I get you checked in." Very sad experience.
