The location was convenient to get to the Bruce Museum and Greenwich avenue shops and restaurants. They gave you water and Prosecco on arrival, coffee and warm beverages all day and continental breakfast in the morning. The room was well equipped and luxuriously decorated. Harbor views were nice.

The service was a little lacking, especially at the restaurant on site l’escale where we had dinner. The food was excellent but the hostess especially did not make us feel welcome. The bathroom needed some maintenance, the countertop was separating from the backsplash and the shower curtain was missing some hooks. Also, our room had a balcony, which we really liked and spent a lot of time on, but it was on the second floor right above the restaurants outdoor area. The awning was an eyesore.

Everything! Service/Customer Service was at the absolute TOP of the list. From the first greeting by the Wonderful Bellmen, we felt like VIP Movie Stars, and it didn’t stop! The ladies in the vending with the turn down service, amazing! The hot stone massage at the SPA, ,The ladies and gentlemen at the checkin, handing us champagne, providing us tea time snacks in the lobby while the pianist plays, and making our dinner reservation as we wait! The staff- THEY are AMAZING! The walks around the harbor for the evening and sitting by the water on the Adirondack chairs were just cherries on the top of the sundae! Absolutely splendid!! When we arrived at our next hotel for the next leg of our trip, as we lugged our own luggage up the stairs, we all moaned, “We miss Harmon!”. And not just for his service, for his smile, warmth and friendliness!! Amazing people- ALL OF THEM!

There was NOTHING I disliked.

Beautiful property, excellent restaurant, lovely room with balcony. Very relaxing atmosphere. Short walk to shopping, restaurants, and train.

Mattress felt a bit uneven- not quite up to par, but not impossible. We were promised a rollaway bed and they forgot to send it up and then one desk clerk tried saying they didn’t have any at 11:30 pm when we arrived back from our party. However 2 more calls to the front desk and another clerk produced it.

The staff were exceptional. Very welcoming and fun. We had two well behaved small dogs with us, and the staff were so kind to them. The bed was so comfortable. The room beautiful. Felt like we were away from the NE cold in the warm palette of the Mediterranean decor. We had continental breakfast in a beautifully decorated room with fire and view of the harbor with few jolly guests. We had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed heathy choices on the menu, while listening to a two-piece band who were just amazing. Want to go back soon.

We could have stayed another night!

A convenient walk to downtown, the Bruce Museum and quaint neighborhoods and parks. The continental breakfast was delightful; all day coffee from a fabulous machine. The lobby was comfortable and inviting and the walk around the waterfront was lovely.

There was a barking puppy in a room nearby.

Classy carpets and art. Wonderful restaurant downstairs.

No soap for the shower Banging pipes(?) , high pitched noise on 3 occasions above our room, heard people talking through the walls

Very comfortable hotel overall... room and beds very nice... staff very friendly and helpful... waiter in restaurant very good... they even parked a decent bottle of chamagne in the room (I had told them it was my wife's birthday) and offered up a sparkler birthday dessert for her after dinner... very nice gesture... location is fantastic, right at the ferry to Greenwhich Island Beach... we went and we had a great day on the beach... nice facilities there as well... you can also walk easily into town from the hotel... highly recommended for a nice getaway for a special occassion...

Nothing to dislike...

The whole breakfast experience was poor. No tables to sit at. Plastic cutlery and wooden spoons are just not acceptable. Limited choice provided in the inclusive breakfast.

The quietness, Staff was superiior I only felt that the cost of the room although very well located, having good amenities, etc was a little over priced for the overall experience. I speak here mostly from the room perspective. All other aspects were perfect.

Breakfast could have better fruit and fresh danish and muffins. I ordered a queen room but bed was small, I should have ordered a queen.
