Stayed there a yr ago & parking lot / lobby full of gypsy-like waiting guests, loud thru ground floor room, groups outside with window not closing fully OR locking. Petrified traveling alone. This last stay was great, stayed on 2nd level.

Wish breakfast went to 9:39, not 9. Good tho!!!

One of the better Super 8 motels I’ve stayed in. You know what you’re getting. Comfortable bed, ok shower, decent breakfast, everything worked.

$10 in a taxi each way to & from the station adds to the cost.

The restaurant across the road was great.

The only negative thing was breakfast. Waffles and toast with butter and syrup. Plus coffee. Nothing else. Nothing to put on the toast, no milk no tea no Orange juice.

I knew I wasn't checking into the Ritz but this hotel met all my expectations. We got a great deal for our money. NY and its outskirts are expensive. For what we spent on the hotel, we couldn't have wished for more. Of course, the breakfast was simple (bred, coffee, waffles, ...). And if you wanted to look for other minor flaws, you could certainly find them. However, I believe it would be hard to find a hotel as good as this one for a similar price.

I was booked for the new year's weekend (3 nights) Unfortunately, there was a passing in the family. I needed to cancel the reservation and the staff was very understanding of the situation. I highly recommend staying at super 8 for the value comfort and exceptional staff.

Comfortable bed. No outside noise. Friendly staff.

The room and the breakfast extremely basic. I requested a 2nd chair (2 people in room, 1 chair) Response: no 2nd chair possible. No information in the room re customer service, local restaurants, tv operation (old remote). Breakfast room had no fruit or muffins - just cereal and bread. I did appreciate waffles. Orange juice server was out of order, one of two waffle irons out of order.

Everything was clean and neat, they have Paul Mitchell products in the bathrooms

The blankets and hotel room was dated, could use a face-lift

the manager here is truly a kind soul. this place isn’t the ritz but it is run with a humanity and soul rarely seen in hospitality these days.
