Comfortable beds, and extremely kind staff. Big shoutout to them. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we could need for our stay. Coffee was available at all hours, which was very handy. Parking on location was a bit far away, but free. Lots of amenities on offer in the room.

It was what looked like a former or current but unused convention complex so it was a bit eerie and empty due to the pandemic. I wouldn't have loved walking around alone through the parking lot and atria to the hotel that late at night as a woman. Thankfully I was with my partner, but even he found it a little weird (beautiful...but weird!) Some of the amenities were outdated. I would say the carpets/paint/grouting in bathrooms could use a bit of a refresh.

The breakfast was good. The location is also good.

I did not like the fact that there was no toothpaste in the room and no indication that I had to ask for toothpaste at the front desk. At the very least, make it known that you must ask for toothpaste at the front desk.

Not the best breakfast in town. But it was kind of what we expect from a hotel....culinary arts is not your thing, right?

DID NOT LIKE the fact that there is no TV guide on your television sets. Very frustrating to not know what you are watching or what may be available on another channel. Fix it please.

staff was very helpful. location was close to lots of places to eat and shop. breakfast was good and convenient when traveling with kids.

there was water damage along the window area. it was covered by the curtain so it didn’t bother us but could be repaired.
