Appreciate the free coffee. Machine easy to use. The staff is universally helpful and pleasant. Better than at many other locations. Enjoy the positive messages around the hotel.

I generally like the quiet of the hotel. Unfortunately on the last morning of my stay, people in the neighboring room got an early start - 4:30 to 5 - and were quite noisy. The room is comfortable, except for the bedside lights which are very harsh and don't fit with the peaceful vibe of the hotel.. It's hard to adjust the water temp in the shower without getting water on the floor. Wood baseboards get wet - paint is compromised; they need to be replaced with sturdier material.

The temperature of the room was great. Most hotels are either too hot or too cold. If we had stayed longer, we might have had the chance to use the workout equipment. The location was conveniently located off the Merritt Parkway.

The room door did not fit tightly into the door frame, allowing more light into the room than I normally expect. The location of the toilet paper dispenser was not really convenient. The tub floor could use some appliques as it was slippery when wet. The prices of the food in the food court were pretty expensive.

The room and facilities were clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows provided adequate support and comfort. I had coffee from an automatic machine that was adequate but not memorable.

The room was a bit "gimmicky". There is a resister ball and a pole with elastic bands and there were several short workouts on the TV but I doubt anyone uses them. I chose this hotel because the price and its convenience for an event I attended, not because of this feature. I feel it's an unnecessary feature and would rather see more traditional comforts like a comfortable chair or a larger closet. There was only a narrow closet without space for hanging taller items like a dress or coat.

The room was clean and comfortable.

The hallway wreaked of smoke and deodorizer to try to very it up. The room needs a microwave which fits perfectly on the shelf where the ice bucket was. It was very inconvenient to go to the lobby to heat up food, by the time we got back to our room in the 3rd floor the food was cold & hard. (It’s a shame to waste space like that) The exercise ball in the room was partially deflated and not able to use safely. I paid $420 for 3 night and breakfast was not included, that was a shame. For that price, it should’ve been included.

We were REALLY impressed with this hotel. It was a last-minute find for us when we needed an overnight, mid-way stop on a trip to attend a family funeral ☹️ We will look for hotels in this chain from now on. The room was large, quiet, had FANTASTIC amenities. The mattress, pillows and all bedding were wonderful. We couldn't partake in breakfast, but it seemed good and the public spaces were impressive. All this was for a very reasonable rate. I'm looking forward to trying one of their properties in NYC.

Fruit water and coffee in the lobby were good and always available. Beds were comfortable. The shower worked well and soaps provided were pleasantly scented. Fitness equipment in the room was a nice addition. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was free and easy to find a place.

Not much to dislike, but at times it was a bit noisy. I could hear people talking in the hallway.

I liked the cleanliness of the room and the fact that there were Clorox wipes provided. The bathroom was clean and comfortable as well. Check-in was easy and I had to check-in again because I booked an extra night and that went well too.

I booked a queen room and was given a king room with a very noisy air conditioner. I was put in a room on the 1st floor towards the exit and it was also very noisy with people going in and out all the time. I‘m unsure if this is because I booked through booking.com.

Spacious room with gym some equipment in it + an actual good hotel gym on top. Fridge in-room for you to use if needed. Friendly staff. Close to restaurants. Little shop on site for snacks etc.

Minor signs of wear and tear: the elevator was out for a few hours and beeped non-stop (was fixed fast) and my bathroom had a leaky faucet (I asked to look into that after my visit as the bathroom door blocked out the noise).

Very clean comfortable room. Plenty of towels, shampoos and the like. Mini refrigerator and pod style coffee maker in the room with complimentary coffee and tea. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great connectivity options too. I would absolutely stay there again.

Hotel was perfect for a business traveler. I had one day of business coming from New York on the train. The location is pretty convenient and Norwalk has lots of busses that run into the downtown area or to the train stations. Only downside to the location is that after around 10PM there wasn't many places open to grab a bite to eat. The hotel did have a convenience store with some options and there was a gas station within about a 10 minute walk that had some options too. The beds were luxurious and the shower was incredible. WiFi was also very quick.

Not much to say for things I didn't like, only thing I can think of is that there was no in-room information booklet on places to visit or places to eat.
