For a motel off of a major highway we were happy that it was clean, newer appearance, easy quick checkin and checkout for our 1 overnight stay passing through Connecticut. We did not make use of the restaurant or wine bar, but it looked nice from the outside. TV was good and easy to use. We felt pretty safe.

Needed another table or desk, some additional space of somekind, to put our luggage up off of the floor. The chair was a little small, but used that for my luggage while my husband used the luggage caddy. I don't remember seeing a mirror in the room either.

The Hi Ho was easy to get to and the communication from the hotel was very good. Since this was a contactless check in, we received all the information to successfully check in. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a nice little liquor stare on the property and a lovely restaurant. We had cocktails there after returning from an event that we attended near by.

We missed the breakfast, unfortunately. Location was great and our side of the hotel was quiet. Very cute and quirky. Loved the funny signs.

There was no parking when we arrived, as it was jam packed, so we went to get dinner and came back later and it was fine. Random toothbrush under the bed, but otherwise was very clean. Would have appreciated extra coffee pods since there were 4 of us in the room, but I found someone who gave us a couple more. Priced high, but there was a music festival in the area...so I get it

absolutely adored this place. the outside was a bit run down and scared me at first but the rooms are super clean, beautifully redone. a super value. and the attached restaurant was amazing!!!

my misconception based on the outside look of the place.

I liked the fact that, for a hotel.wirh that kind of name, the hotel was nice inside, the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, I liked that there was a lounge area and the room was not cluttered with nonsense.

The room next door was very loud, I didn't fall asleep to 2am, they didn't stop until 5am, I didn't complain because it was not the fault of the hotel, I ended up overstepping and checked out slightly behind schedule, would I stay at this hotel again, of course!

The rooms were spotless, the beds were very clean and comfortable...The only complaint I have is that it was really noisy, not sure if it was the location of my room or not but overall it was a great choice.

Despite multiple signs everywhere , a guest managed to bring the firefighters at midnight due the fire alarm It was a quick resolution.

Having the Barcelona restaurant on site was magnificent Appreciated the no fog mirrors in bathroom and nespresso coffee maker and bottled water The mango soaps were delightful Bedding was comfortable as were the pillows - above average for a roadside inn !

More coffee pods and water would’ve been appreciated but we did ask a cleaner for more and received them . A fridge for left over food would’ve been even better. But the HiHo met our needs very well indeed.

Always stay at the Hi-Ho when we visit our friends in Easton (a neighboring town). Room was very clean, bed was comfy and decor is very cute. Hotel is right next to a decent tapas restaurant. Plenty of free parking spaces. No interaction with a front desk which some might consider good (e.g. no lines, no keys). Very quiet during our Saturday night stay. Very close to good apple picking.

There is no front desk so you do need a smart phone with good cell phone service to check in. No idea we had to also check out via a link via email. No mini fridge and the tray for the coffee looked very old/chipped and needed to be replaced. I'm guessing the Nespresso machine was just for decoration because there were no instructions and didn't look like it had been used in years.

Convenient location, clean and comfortable rooms, adjacent restaurant.

Rooms are a little small / tight. Plus there’s a sign by the bathroom indicating the smoke alarm can be triggered by the shower so they request you to shower with the bathroom door open lol. Self check-in is okay, though the process seems a little clunky.
