The location it is very convenient especially for one night rest,when you drive from far away to New YORK, they have good breakfast, it would be great if they will have a waffle maker. The room was clean, and you have free parking.

I didn’t like the front desk staff, the ladie Dawanna, she was rude, when we arrived at the location she put me to said my name for 3 times after that she said to me she couldn’t understand which I can’t understand If you work at the front desk you suppose to know English not to said to people that you have a barrier language. She doesn’t paid any attention to us.

Every single member of the staff I had contact with was extremely polite and welcoming. I liked the location of the hotel as I was in town for a family event and it easily reachable. The breakfast was good and the room was clean.

The thermostat in my room always got an error. It turned on and was set to desired temperature and within minutes, error! I did not get to use the heat or ac. It was chilly at night/morning. Warm in the afternoon. I was mostly out of the room and did not have time to report it and wait for a fix. The sofa bed was the most uncomfortable! You felt every spring! I'm of average size and the towels barely wrapped around my body.

The location is very easy to get to. There was ample parking and valet service although we did not use that. Walking into the foyer and the entrance is beautiful. There are carts to help you get your belongings up to your room. There are elevators throughout so you don't have to take any stairs. I loved our room! It was a mini suite with a king bed and everything was so clean and comfortable. We had a working ice machine down the hall there was coffee in the room and Continental breakfast. There is a bar and restaurant open for dinner every night. I would definitely stay there again!

At first I was going to say I did not like early check out time, but I recall that I requested late checkout at noon and they immediately said absolutely!

The room was spacious and the breakfast was great. We enjoyed having access to coffee, tea, and hot chocolate throughout the day. The staff was also friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was great but ended early on the weekdays. Also, the cleaning staff were on duty to clean rooms every other day. However, the front desk staff was accommodating and ensured that we received extra towels and wash cloths upon request.

Very clean and rooms very comfortable updated and well appointed. Staff was professional, attentive and very friendly across the board — front desk, breakfast staff and even the maintenance guy. Breakfast was excellent — healthy and hearty options available. I wish I had time to use the fitness center!

Though locations was very convenient to the highway, not really a great area for walking.

I stayed too long so after 3 days I stopped going for breakfast. The washer and dryer didn't work too well in my opinion all my clothes were still wet the dryer only run for 30mins. We checked in on Friday we got housekeeping the Monday, that was too long.

Your housekeeping staff was excellent and very attentive to my family's special needs with my father being a disabled blind veteran and my sister Shawna having a physical impairment. They understood our unique needs and exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much for making my loved ones feel welcomed and not just another burden. 🙂 also, the front desk night staff was very friendly and helpful with information.

The two women who checked us in were very rude and uncaring! We tried to explain to them how we wanted to split the payments onto two cards for our rooms and not only were they rude but double charged my card for both rooms and also charged my father's card. Totally unacceptable!

Location is excellent. Although it’s right off I-95, the traffic sound wasn’t an issue. The staff were all very pleasant. Each greeted me pleasantly and often asked if I needed anything. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. They even provided a gluten free breakfast muffin. Excellent service!

It appeared a towel bar had come down in our bathroom and the remaining holes freaked out my wife.

The staff were professional, friendly and helpful!!! The only thing I can add is that it appeared the breakfast was open until 10am but we were told until 9am. I would suggest 10am is much better and should be communicated to customers.

All staff specifically the front desk staff were friendly and respectful. The facility was clean!!!!

The staff was amazing! Upon check in Claudia was an absolute joy. I could tell she was the right person for the job. They were busy in there and she kept a smile the entire time.

The tv was placed in an odd location between the couch and bed. It was designed so you could see it from both. The thought was well but in reality the view was partially blocked.
