We were upgraded to a room with a kitchenette because the room we were given at check-in had a problem with the bathroom sink (it did not drain). The kitchenette is well equipped. The towels are nice and big and although they don't clean the rooms every day, they can change the towels and give you anything you are missing (like additional dishwasher detergent). It was very quiet while we were there, no noise from other rooms or the hallway. The breakfast had lots of choice but the first day many dishes were empty. Good location - restaurants, shops and grocery stores all very close but it's difficult to walk as there are no sidewalks and it's a busy street but with a car everything is very accessible. We used the paid guest laundry facility which is very convenient (one of the washers was broken but it was not busy, so we were able to use the other machine).

The first day many dishes were empty and were not replenished even though the breakfast still had one hour to go. Also, coffee was empty, and it took a while before they brought more out. The second day we did not have any of these issues so maybe it was a temporary issue. Other than that, everything was good.

We liked the bed and pillows, very comfortable. Place smelled fine to pleasant. Checkin and out was very quick and polite. Breakfast was fine, lots of room. Easy with no problems and good price.

Shower took a lot of water to get hot. Fridge was noisy but the whitenoise app on phone took care of it. Water is chlorinated but hotel provides cups of drinking water in the lobby.

This hotel checks off just about every box- it’s in a safe and great area, free parking, VERY CLEAN, water pressure in the bathroom was good, beds were very comfortable, most of the staff were kind and helpful. My friends and I stayed here because we were going to a concert in Bridgeport and after doing some research this hotel seemed to be in a much safer area then most of the hotels we were initially looking at. I would definitely stay here again!

Unfortunately, I had a billing issue. IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE- MAKE SURE YOU CALL AND TELL THEM. I live in New Jersey, so this location was about 4 hours from home. Since we were going up after work, we didn’t get to check in until about 1:30 in the morning. I guess they have what’s called a “no show” charge? So my card was charged an extra $391.55 that put me in a financial bind. I went to the front desk and they did their best to try to help me out. Very lovely experience besides this—I’m only putting this in here because if I would have known that showing up after midnight (and not calling) would cause such a hassle, I would have taken the proper steps to ensure that I wouldn’t get charged.

Second stay at this hotel. Very good location and the laundry room and rooms with kitchenette are convenient. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ok with an adequate selection.

They clean the rooms every third day only. Would be good if they made daily cleaning available. Lots of hotels are doing this now but at least they change your towels every day on request.

Breakfast was good/decent. My recommendation, get a toaster it took me 4 rounds to get my English muffins toasted. No bacon only sausage? I did come late so maybe I missed it, but if not…C’mon…BACON!! Lol otherwise place was really nice, clean, LONGHORN STEAKHOUSE LITERALLY ON THE PREMISES (Chilis too, and sadly enough, was just as good as the Horn) OH, and the pool room… GET SOME VENTILATION IN THERE!!! My gf has asthma and could barely breathe!!! Still tho, overall it was really nice I enjoyed my stay(only two nights but will definitely stay there again!!

Staff was great, room was comfortable, continental breakfast exceeded my expectations. They let me check in very early on my check in day I never expected that kind of service

I wish the lobby bar was open but apparently they lost their liquor license when they changed mgmt. hot tub was broken but I didn’t have my bathing suit anyway

Everything was great until we tried to leave. I have an accessible van but was unable to get my son into it since someone parked in the lines. The car didn’t have a handicap placard or plate. I went to the front desk and was told they don’t take license plates and there was no way to figure out what guest it was. They also said it is a problem and has had it happen multiple times. No tow trucks were called. No police informed. I tried to speak to a manager but one wasn’t on duty yet. Left my number and over 12 hours later still have not been responded to.

Clean, nice size rooms, everything you need

Our battery died in our car and when we asked for help, initially the Front desk person said yes, he’d call maintenance. However the manager informed him that the Hyatt House doesn’t help with this issue. Very difficult to understand since other hotels offer help with similar issues!

My family and I have a great moment in the hotel. We enjoy the food, the pool and the restaurant that are close.

There are a Guess Market, but it is not included, you need to pay for this. I thought that was include and they called me, I felt bad because of the misunderstanding so may sure that the Guess Market is not included.

Good breakfast, plenty of options. Room was clean and well appointed.

The layout of the room was a little odd, e.g. TV faces the kitchen area and the bed and/or pullout bed cannot view it. Was there for a wedding and the shared spaces like dining and bar area are small for larger gatherings.
