I stood here before and I love the location and the structure of the rooms I liked. The swimming pool. I didn’t use in this stay but if I did I know I would’ve enjoyed it.

The linen had stains and the room smelled, but not to the extreme for me to switch rooms, I was exhausted and needed to rest. Also the location of the breakfast was not ideal. Right at the entrance.

I liked the fact that even though the hotel front desk staff gave us wrong room and its key and sent us to a room that was already occupied by someone, when we went back to the front desk, they rearranged our room and gave us new keys. Breakfast was simple and good. Bathroom and the room were clean.

The hotel staff gave us room keys which room was already occupied by other guest and the key we had could open the door. That was scary. It was very uncomfortable and shocking. One of the face towel in the bathroom had a big stain. I wondered if it was washed. Although the check out time was 11 or 12am, a housekeeper knocked on the door around 10. I had to tell her that we are not leaving yet. We felt we were pushed time.

Everything was comfortable, clean, friendly, easy to get to, convenient; Delightful Experience! Since I was the one who put the trip together, I am relieved and pleased that it was comfortable and easy for everyone!

The fact that I got a call when I was in my room to check on me was priceless! I have never had that before. I also had an issue where booking.com had me down for one day and they had me down for 2. He quickly resolved the issue and I was on my way! The staff was great. Breakfast was ok, not the greatest, but for what I had it was good. No problems at all.

I loved the fact that we got there before check-in and they did us the beg honor to give us a room before 4 pm we got there at 9 am. Thank you so much because we needed to get ready for wedding a wedding I don't remember the guys name but he was a life saver.

Breakfast Bar was fabulous. Staff very pleasant & accommodating.

My adult son slept on sofa bed. It woke me (his mother in queen bed) every time he rolled over. The springs are gone in the sofa bed. Time to replace. Might want to consider Murphy bed.

Always a pleasure to stay here! The staff is amazing! They always have a little something for my kid! The breakfast is nice (nothing special though), the rooms are big and there's a full kitchen too! Perfect for families! The pool is always a nice temperature too!

My only negative comment would be the cleanness of the pool. It is always busy, so probably that's why, but we always find hair in the water!

Neat and clean, comfortable stay

Booked 2 rooms and were provided rooms 1 in each corner of the hotel. Hotel has a very long corridors on each floor which made it very uncomfortable especially with kids. Rooms are not cleaned everyday or alternate day. You need to book for your room to be cleaned or towels changed.

once we found it , great space . had a Robles re a locked door but maintenance guy was outstanding .fixed it when we were out and left chocolate. He is to be commended .thank you . reception staff also friendly and helpful

could not walk to restaurants but not a problem . no bacon at breakfast but that just being picky

Clean, safe, very friendly staff, spacious, excellent breakfast options, exercise room was nice.

Breakfast could go a little later during the week. Coffee room for guests throughout the day would be nice.
