Staff was friendly and courteous. Hot breakfast was good. Nice variety of healthy choices and hot and cold drinks. The coffee was excellent. The room was quiet, bed was comfortable, and it was easy to control the temperature in the shower. I got a great night's sleep.

I stayed two nights, but the room was not cleaned during the time I was out during the day. (Bed not made, rubbish not emptied.) Check in went smoothly, but I had to wait several minutes for someone to come out to the reception desk when checking out.

The Breakfast was awesome, I traveled with my adult children and 8 grandkids and we all ate breakfast and was able to make it to my grandson's hockey game on time!

the pool heater wasn't working, rather cold water, but that didn't stop my grandchildren from going in and having fun!

This is not my first stay, and I usually give the property a perfect score. However, both shades were broken, and there was no answer at the front desk. They were broken in the open position, making sleeping late very difficult because of the sun.

The daily breakfast was such a nice touch which made it so convenient to start my day. Trust me when I say that I gave everything a good test and the food items provided were quite tasty. It wasn't a gourmet meal but it hit the right spot.

I can honestly say that I didn't have anything to complain about. The staff was so attentive that when I needed anything, they were at my beck and call. What a great team they have there!

That it was in a very convenient location with a lot of things in the area. Everything was in close proximity. The staff was great!! Very friendly and helpful.

Everything was excellent

The room was clean and comfortable. Sometimes pet-friendly rooms are a bit worn, but not the West Haven. The breakfast was good, and was replenished several times throughout the morning, The grounds were clean, and on Christmas morning I noticed an employee picking up trash in the parking lot,

I was only there one night, but had no complaints.

The room's heat was working really well, the room was really warm clean and inviting..I felt very at home and comfortable

The pool was out of order the entire day of day 2 of my stay , which was annoying
