The hotel was beautiful. It was elegant, but comfortable. The room was immaculate. We loved the care every staff member took, not only of us, but of everyone they encountered. They were intentional and sincere. The gentleman who checked us in was professional, courteous, and efficient. We wanted for nothing. The restaurant was delicious and with a great view. We were highly impressed with everything about this experience. My fiance and I have found a new place that is special to us. We will be back.

I wished there was a pass I could pay for in advance to park in the garage, so I didn't have to keep paying each day. It wasn't a big deal, but it would have been a little more convenient.

We were visiting Yale and this location was perfect. Super fast walk to the tour location. A few places to eat near, highly recommend the Mediterranean place across the street. Breakfast on the top floor was good, evening drink was as well. The grab and go was also well equipped and had decent food options. You can actually walk up and down the stairs which is always nice.

A sign making it clear where the grab and go food spot is would have helped. And coffee coupons provided only work there not on the top floor for breakfast. Work out facility was good. Cold water options around, all fruit infused, so we didn't get water from the. So a way to get non flavored water would be good.

I loved that it was easy to park. The hotel itself was nice and our room was really large and had great views of the Long Island Sound and the city of New Haven. It was also really close to the venue we were going to watch a concert. I also like that they gave us drink vouchers for being a "Select Guest" member.

The hotel had a nice new fridge installed in the room which was great. The not so great part is, they didn't take the plastic wrap off of it or plug it in. The coffee maker was also unplugged. These wouldn't be a big deal if they were just sitting on the floor or on the desk but they were inside a large cabinet that was hard to work around. My husband would have plugged it all in but even he was thwarted by the cabinet. The tub seemed to be out dated as well, I think a shower stall would have been an outstanding touch.

Breakfast. Food was good. Service was good. Bell service wa excellent. Valet parking a bit tenuous. Your system of checkin with a car is very poor

Figure out a better system with cars pulling in and checking in. Currently the system of not being able to drive i nis very poor. With the par]trol carv present, it doesn't make on confident of the area either. I imagine the reason the access is blocked is for safety and a previous issue. We really didn't have a lot of time to explore the area. Wecwere concerned about the safety of the area. The hotel is priced a bit high

Good location for graduation at Yale. Staff friendly and valet parking excellent

Hotel and rooms a bit dated. Bathroom a bit cramped. Expensive for what you got although I suspect this was mainly due to limited hotel space during graduation. If you are coming during graduation week then book at least a year in advance if you can.

Nice hotel. Comfortable bed. Valet parking staff was great. Bar open til 2am. Head waitress at breakfast on Saturday went above and beyond. She was great. I loved that check out was a noon instead of 11. And I love that they sent me a text confirming everything the day before.

Clean. Although shower could've been cleaner, or maybe it was just stained. Streets were very loud, even at 1:30am and again at 5am. Even tho we were on 12th floor New Haven streets are noisier than NYC streets. No bloody Mary's or mimosas available Saturday morning brunch which was a bummer. Needed a full length mirror outside of the bathroom. In bathroom was inconvenient.

The beds were amazing! We got the best nights rest after a long drive from Pittsburgh pa. The staff was so friendly and helpful with all our questions. Location was perfect to explore everything we wanted.

The basement parking garage. It was sketchy but not terrible and it seemed like they were renovating.

Well decorated. Nice staff.

Excessive room services charge. Challenging garage use with a wedding at the property and in a busy “social” area. Crazy fancy espresso coffee maker for morning coffee rather than a general coffee maker. Curtain ripped.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were soft. My daughter and I loved the lemon/cucumber infused water in the lobby. Parking was convenient.

I didn't notice a fan in the bathroom, but I may have been looking in the wrong place.

The location to Yale is great easy walk to so many restaurants and New Haven highlights. The staff were great our coffee machine didn’t work they gave us free coffee vouchers in the cafe. Loved the alacarte breakfast so much nicer than a buffet.
