I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the apartment. I also appreciated the well-appointed kitchen and the blackout curtains that made things very quiet at night. The location was quite central - within easy walking distance of the library in which I was working. I enjoyed the little park behind the building. Above all, the staff were extremely responsive - quick to respond to email questions, and very helpful in making accommodations as needed.

These are relatively small points, but: 1. The clothes washer's spin cycle was not working, leaving clothes soaking wet. 2. There were no drinking glasses - just a lot of cocktail-making equipment that I didn't find very relevant to a working trip. 3. The location of the building was close to the train station and walkable to downtown, but there were no conveniences such as groceries or suitable eateries nearby. This was awkward, especially for a night arrival.

Clean and spacious apartment. Well furnished and fully stacked with all appliances including a washer and dryer. The price is competitive vs booking a hotel but should not increase further. The staff communication was excellent. We wanted to check in earlier and Tatenda was able to secure a spot for us before the 3 pm check in time. This was a super helpful cause we were international travellers with over 15 hours of flight time. The cleaning staff was also amazing. The room and bathroom were spotless.

This was my 2nd stay with these apartments and it was as memorable and comfortable as before. The online service is exceptional, the process easy, the apartment welcoming and well equipped and ideally located 15 min walk to the train station and to the Yale campus. Everything is meticulously planned and wonderfully arranged. The next time I am in New Haven, I am hoping to stay here again.

The location is stellar if you’re walking to many of the Yale schools. The building is nice and the parking spot is super convenient. Customer service was spot on!! Every time I needed something, she responded right away! The sofa bed was also very comfy!

The bathroom could use some updating, the kitchen could have some staples like salt and pepper.

Apartment is within walking distance from Union Station. Its also walking distance to downtown. There's a gym in the basement and Stop&Shop will deliver groceries right to the door. Place is secure. Highway is nearby as well. Bed was comfortable and place was very clean. I had a rental car and got a free parking pass to St Anthony church parking lot. Highly recommend.

Was great, we came in the city for business meetings and the apartement made our stay very easy.

A little too bad there are little convenience stores close by but we were at 10-15min walking from the center so not that bad. Also there were no shampoo and soap in the second bathroom.

Every physical home item ( appliances) that a family needs was present in working order. Parking was convenient and safe. Access to the apartment was safe and top notch! Lobby area? 3 thumbs up

I had trouble getting to the building at midnight and I was able to call and speak to a live person who helped me find the building and figure out the building code etc.. I also loved the gym. Well equipped!

While I was glad there was free parking it was not ideal. I had to get the parking pass from the room and walk it to the church parking lot. Then upon checkout I had to return it. Just a minor bit pick though because the apartment was lovely.

Great modern and cosy apartment with luxurious amenities and facilities. Excellent value for money. When needed necessary repairs were done well, very good service

It is not really an aparthotel, more like Airbnb. All is handled on-line, no reception or anything. Which is okay, but it read differently on Booking.com. Location is close to centre, but not too great

Very minor but we were on the 3rd floor. The people above us sounded like charging hippos when walking. Also some minor -truly trivial - maintenance issues - like squeaky floor pan in shower and no labels on the dispenser products in the shower .. dumb stuff
