The hotel has beautiful decor and furniture. The layout of the room (King Studio) was perfect for our family of three. The room was extra clean and all the amenities in the room were in good shape. The shower was easily accessible (no big steps and even had a grab bar). The room was cold when we arrived but it did heat up quickly when we adjusted the temperature. The beds were fairly comfortable as well.

The breakfast was sufficient but I have been to other hotels that have more meal choices like waffles, melon, yogurt and whole wheat bagels. Also the breakfast ended at 9 I think it should have been available till at least 10 am. There was one receptionist at the front desk part of the night shift that was rude in her manner and not helpful. I asked her to get me an extra blanket and she said she didn't have any by the front desk. When I told her I was really cold and could she check somewhere else she said she would check storage and call my room within 10 minutes either way but she never called. The rest of the staff were very courteous and pleasant.

We were in town for my daughter’s wedding and a jam packed calendar of activities. We stayed for a week, we loved the staff, especially MaryBeth! She went out of her way to get to know her guests. She truly made us feel like we were family. We recently moved out of state. This property is centrally located to our family, while there are many other choices, we will definitely return here! We had always used another hotel brand for years, this visit at the Wallingford Homewood Suites has made us rethink that for the future! Thank you MaryBeth and team for a fabulous week! I love that the hotel is pet friendly, I just didn’t like seeing the stains on the hallway carpeting . No smells, just visually noticeable. Breakfast had many options, the staff were great, and they hustled, my only advice is to work on the consistency of the scrambled eggs. Daily, they were sitting in excess water and not thoroughly mixed. Other than that, everything was great! Truly!

This is a very nice hotel, the room was spacious and everything was very clean. All of the staff were very pleasant, especially the woman in charge of cleaning during the breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of options . We were a party of 9, and we all enjoyed the buffet. I would definitely return.

There is nothing really except maybe emptying the trash outside the side exit doors more frequently. They were at times overflowing. .

Nice sized rooms. Very clean and well kept. Lobby was comfortable. Seemed to have everything I needed for a week away. Overnight oats in oat milk was tasty and my standby. I did like the waffles on the weekend. Wish it was during the week too.

Really need to have smart tv's! In this day in age you should have them and for the price per night, I'd expect this. Breakfast was okay, not the best, not the worst.

when I was checking in, the women at the desk couldn't find my reservation. I gave her my confirmation number, showed her the confirmation email that I received from Hilton. She was rude. She told me she couldn't help me because her system didn't have my reservation. After 40 minutes back & forth she finally found it. However when I went to logo to the Wifi , I was unable to because my name couldn't be found.

Well designed and well equipped accommodation. A very friendly and competent staff team. A good range for breakfast (though low on fruit and vegetables).

It is starting to look a tad tired - the white bed linen was greying and carried some stains; the fabric of the net curtains was "pulled".

Very nice hotel, very clean and modern. Convenient to the highway but off on a quiet road, no sound in the rooms. The breakfast was excellent, lots of options, and plenty of tables to eat comfortably. I would book this hotel again, for sure.

We were two in the room, but only three pillows were provided. And the pillows were too soft, no support. Also there was no soap in the shower, only shampoo and conditioner. Also, I wish there was a whirlpool at the pool.

The room was large and comfortable, with an actual mini kitchen, including refrigerator, stove, sink and dishwasher. The room was spotless and modern.

Everything was great, except breakfast ended at 9:00 am. Fortunately, the staff accommodated us, and held off clean up for a few minutes.

This has been our favorite stay on a long trip. The room was organized perfectly—with kitchen, living area, bedroom, and bathroom all slightly separate. Excellently decorated. In a lovely suburb.
