Absolutely exceptional Holiday Inn! The staff were supremely welcoming and helpful. The surprising (for a Holiday Inn) availability of a very nice bar with food menu was really excellent. Ther barman particularly was exceedingly friendly, helpful & efficient and deserves a particular shout out - as do the reception staff. The room was very comfortable and pristenely clean. Just a really great experience all around. Very highly recommended indeed.

Nothing at all

The room I was in was newly renovated. Very nice and comfortable.

The room next to me had their phone alarm going off continuously at max volume starting at 4:00am. It took the staff until 6:15am to get them to tuen it off. A few minutes later it started going off again. I checked out at that point. Had less than 4hrs sleep coming off a 14 hour work day and going into a second 14 hr work day. I was pretty peeved. Also my booking description said included breakfast and there was no breakfast included.

The property was very clean and the staff was very friendly. It was a very calming experience for me and my partner. Overall I rate the stay a 10/10. Never stood at a hotel before where everything was just right.

There is nothing to dislike about the property

I thought that the breakfast was cooked to order. I thought that meant fresh food individually prepared. But found that it was processed food that was just heated up/microwaved. Not scrambled eggs made from fresh eggs, etc The latte was also packaged. It was okay, but I was expecting more. The dining area was very welcoming and very clean. I liked having metal utensils. Also all staff I encountered were very pleasant, the front desk, the breakfast and cleaning personnel. Thank you!

- very pleasant staff/desk clerk - very comfortable bed - requests made at time of booking were accommodated (upper floor, not near elevator)

- door to room “loose” and not in very good condition. - should have fan in the bathroom - Heat very loud when it kicks on

Perfect location for our needs, very clean, plenty of towels, pool for the kids, comfy beds, good breakfast, too!

Just me, but would’ve like the pool a little warmer!

Parking was close, checkin was easy, room was nice, could see my car from window.

Checkin forgot to give us breakfast voucher, hallways smelled like weed constantly, breakfast was just ok. Eggs aren’t good.

My favorite was the pool - very clean and towels were clean too. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire facility, we will be staying again.

Initially we thought breakfast was included but it was not.

Manager and staff were friendly and helpful especially with my elderly parents who stayed there. Very clean and the room was perfect with plenty of space.

Easy access from the highway and to my destinations.

The slamming hotel doors of guests and after hours noise down the hall.
