The staff and the atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly as if we knew them for a long time. The surprise upgrade to a much nicer room was awesome!! Totally unexpected, to whomever set that up a big thank you! That was very sweet 😊 The breakfast included was setup with as many choices you could imagine. Thank you to Kevin the Manager for his assistance when unexpected medical issues came up for one of my family members that had reservations as well. Thanks to all the staff for making our 2 night stay a sucess.

I loved the staff. Super friendly. I travel a lot with my husband and dogs. I was greeted with a bag of snacks,water and a birthday card ❤️ breakfast was delicious and fully stocked with eggs sausage bacon coffee juices muffins fruit etc. and clean.

carpets in the elevator and hall need shampooing 🤷‍♀️

The bed and the pillow were not very comfortable and the room is a bit pricey. Breakfast was fine and there were several options which was helpful.

A better pillow and a little less expensive would be great.

I have stayed in the past. I do admit the breakfast was not up to the same standard as the first stay.

The beds were great! It was comfortable and clean.

The greeting was not welcoming from Taylor, I realized after it was shift change and she wanted to go home. I almost didn't stay the night, I'm happy I did everything else was great. All other staff I came in contact were very friendly, they followed the five ten rules...I'll be back.

Location and layout of room

Breakfast significantly downgraded from prior stays, several staff lacked customer service skills, and bed was terribly uncomfortable

Very clean and it feels like a little home. It have big fridge, stove with oven and everything you need for a family getaway.

I like the location, and the guest services were polite, my room was clean, and the service of receiving my towels and whatever else I needed was fast and the people were pleasant.

That the pool area was a little cool.

Only 1 elevator so sometimes you had to wait; because there are kitchens, hallways can smell like food

The breakfast was fine.

We were in room 231. The room was very spacious, clean and the shower worked well. However, the mattress was not good. I weigh 120 lbs, my husband weighs 155 lbs. I felt like I was sleeping on a hill instead of selling on a flat surface.
