The breakfast was exceptional. We are a family with dietary needs and we all left full every morning. The room we booked (king suite) had a pull out couch for our teen and a kitchen for those in-between meals. BIG room. There is a big outside space with 2 full grills, couches, fire pit, basketball court, indoor pool, and gym...so many things for the family to do. Highly recommend spending a few extra dollars and booking this hotel.

This is very common with every hotel... Check in was 4pm and check out was 10am. I think we were able to get 3pm - 11am. But really? All that money and it's not even 24hrs.

Loved that everything was close by. The hotel was very clean and very nice. The ladies who did breakfast were sweet and worked very hard. Nice variety of options for breakfast. Loved that it’s pet friendly. The pool and gym were very clean. Loved the smart tvs

The pillows were horrible even with 4 stacked it was like there weren’t even any pillows. The brand of shampoo, conditioner and body wash wasn’t desirable. I feel like with a 3:00 check in time check out should be 12

Cindy was extremely personable, and helpful. The maintenance staff did a great job to make sure the room was comfortable. The pool was enjoyed by my family and there were towels available for their use even though they had brought their own.

The handicap accessible room wasn't available, the toilet in the regular room was to low to the floor, so I overnighted a seat extender from Amazon.

When I travel with my grandkids, safety is my first concern. We felt very safe here. The rooms and facilities were all very clean. While swimming in the indoor pool a man made it a point to bring us some larger pool towels, that were warmed. The breakfast in the morning had a variety of foods available.

The only negative I could think of is there was only a stove top to cook on and not an oven.

The breakfast was great! They had lots to choose from. The hotel was extremely clean. Towels and sheet seemed very clean. I only found 1fake eyelash in a towel. (I don't wear fake lashes.) Staff seemed friendly enough. Many stores and shopping in the area. Great place to stay. I would stay here again. They even sent text messages to see if you needed anything or had any questions. I'd stay here again!!

I booked with booking.com and checkout was stated to be 12pm but the hotel has check out at 11am. It would be nice if they did not have conflicting info.

Rooms were very spacious, comfortable and clean. and the staff were friendly and helpful. It has a pool and exercise facilities and a fire pit area. Fireplaces in the breakfast/lobby area made it feel extra cozy too. Very pleasant. Very easy to like.

They do a nice standard breakfast buffet. No full restaurant of their own. We went out for lunch and dinner. There are some very nice restaurants nearby. So was an opportunity to explore. On the other hand, the rooms have very well equipped kitchens, so you could cook whatever you might want. Next time I may try to plan better with that in mind.

The staff was fabulous. From check-in to the follow-up text asking if we needed anything. Breakfast was great. It was nice to have a tip jar bc staff at breakfast was very attentive.

The hallways and elevators were way too hot! Not just a little warm but uncomfortably hot. Also, the ice machine was not centrally located. The front desk said to take a left at the elevator and I wondered what was taking my husband so long. He showed me out the window where the ice machine was. The trip there and back was long and HOT!

The ac was Not working in halls And elevator very uncomfortable Need larger trash can in kitchen where they don’t come in daily to empty No pancakes French toast Or waffles when we were there

I loved the overall feel of feeling like home. The bed was big and comfy, there was a more than comfortable living room/sitting area, the kitchen though we didn't use it, was the perfect size all for our girls night needs!

The ONLY thing i didn't really like, was the couch wasn't more comfortable, HOWEVER, it was still more comfortable than i expected.

Breakfast was the same old "Hampton Inn" textbook style breakfast......could use a little updating.....perhaps an omelette station Instead of soggy buttery loaded tired eggs

Everything was fine. Outdoor pool would be super fine
