The decor was exceptional for a hotel thatwas reasonably priced. The best part was the service I received from a staff member, Tay, who was not only professional, effective, and efficient but personable and friendly. She could be a staff trainer. No one else came near to her level.

I’m a fan of free breakfasts and parking (I have a handicapped sticker and was charged for parking in a reserved space on the hotel property…not right. Also, paying Starbucks $13 for coffee and a scone is outrageous.

Staff was super nice. Bistro with coffee downstairs was great. Room was plenty big enough for the 4 of us and the beds were clean and comfortable. The television selection was the best we've ever seen in a hotel. We watched a movie together each night and that was one of our favorite parts! The price was the best in the area and it was definitely nicer than some of the alternatives.

The bathroom smelled like vomiit. The coffee maker didn't work. The conditioner bottle was empty but had been partially refilled with water. We reserved the room for 4 people but only had 2 towels and 2 washcloths.

The location is walking distance from the train station, which was a plus. The hotel is so nice and quiet, clean, and I loved the shower and the nice sized TV.I was worried about what to eat, yet the Bistro food was good and affordable. The staff was pleasant , competent, and helpful, and there was no deposit held on my card, like where I was staying before. Since it was so close to the train and the rink, I saved a lot of money traveling where I needed to go. Good experience, and I think I might have bene there once, a long time ago. I'm coming back, asap...

The only thing that would have placed the icing on the cake would have been an onsite washer and dryer.

Staff is friendly, room was clean, comfortable bed and good quality bedding, Starbucks and good bar/restaurant on premises, available room service.

$15 parking fee added to bill after being told at check-in that the hotel validates parking, and the gate was broken anyway so anyone can come and go without paying- except for hotel guests who pay regardless. I’m not mad about paying for parking, but it just seems like they should have told me that instead of “We validate parking, show this ticket to them on your way out and you’re all set” Also, no microwave in the room, the refrigerator is on a weird timer, and the TV was on the side of the bed, which makes watching it a bit awkward for a couple.

TAY WASHINGTON WAS AN ABSOLUTE LEGEND. I HAD MY PASSPORT STOLEN AND HAD BEEN STAYING IN A PLACE WITH A SHOWER THAT WAS ACTUALLY A DRIBBLE AND HAD NO REAL SLEEP FOR DAYS. I TURNED UP AND ALL I HAD WAS A BUS PASS FROM SCOTLAND AND A BANK CARD. SHE ALLOWED ME TO STAY AND I MANAGED TO GET A GREAT NIGHTS SLEEP AND A BATH AND SHOWER. I WAS SO GREATEFUL. THANK YOU TAY.

The free tv PLUTO did not work and was just a bunch of pixels

The room was excellent - super clean, especially the bathroom. The bed was really comfortable, and we slept great. The hotel itself is very quiet and peaceful. We had originally booked a room with two queen beds, but when we arrived late, we were told those rooms were no longer available. Instead, they offered us a room with a king bed and a sofa, plus a free parking pass to make up for the change. We didn’t realize parking wasn’t free, so the waiver was a nice bonus.

Just be aware that parking is not free.

The staff at the bar was so welcoming and nice that we ended up staying a little longer than planned just hanging out there as well as the food was pretty good.

There is nothing that I would have changed. I had an over all good experience with my husband while we just tried to get a way from our kids for little bit.

Good location for business or pleasure in the Waterbury area.

Breakfast choices are limited and service is slow. Not a good walking neighborhood.

The staff . From the moment you walk in they are helpful , professional , every department greets you with a smile . The property : super comfortable bed and pillows . Very clean .

Ice machine didn’t work on my floor and a couple of other floors .

Extra pay for parking, no pool ( but they had it on pictures for this hotel) , 18% tips included in everything, and you can't even adjust it. I am happy to tip when service was great, but I don't like to be overcharged even without my concern
